The hotel is close to Hagia Sophia.
Sheets were a bit dirty and towels also. Breakfast was also so small and rooms were so noisy because noise from other rooms were coming.

We are very happy, this is our second time choosing this hotel.
Breakfast at the rooftop was fenomenal, the kids also loved it.

Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast with a great view every morning up in the terrace, and the staff was approachable, kind, very accommodating, and always willing to provide any help available. Will mark it as one of my places to stay when in town.

Pozitionarea fata de obiectele turistice, stafful amabil si curatenia, micul de jun a fost decent, o sa revenim cu drag.
Nu arata chiar ca in poze, sunt mici lucruri care necesita a fi imbunatatie. Dar am vazut ca o parte din camere erau in renovare.

Receptie medewerker overdag was heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam. De locatie is fijn. Taxi’s kunnen het goed bereiken waardoor je makkelijk een taxi kan krijgen.
Kamer was bij aankomst niet erg schoon. Volgende dag gevraagd om schoon te maken. Echter was nog steeds niet super schoon. Haren, stof en meer.
Het was ontzettend vochtig in de ruimte. De kamer was ook wel aan restoratie toe. Airco werd niet warm dus was erg koud in de nacht.
De spa was verschrikkelijk. Niet inclusief, dus voor betaald en nogsteeds slecht. Massage van 45 minuten, hamam van 15 minuten en sauna van 10 minuten geboekt. Ik stond na 55 minuten al buiten. Massage ruimte was vies en medewerker heel onverzorgd, haren los die mij aanraakte.

The location is quite good.
The room was not up to the mark. There is a pillar in the middle of the room and the bed side tables are not on it’s place. There was pipes coming out from the bathroom. The shower door was also not working properly. The breakfast option was also limited.

property is a very good location 8-10 min walk from Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, nice friendly staff and good breakfast.
although 3 of us were staying in the room the hotel would only give us 1 room card, room didn’t get cleaned daily and the phone in the room want working.

Very small room but expected for the price, could hear noise from the corridors, room was not restocked with toilet roll, coffee, water after the first day - had to grab our own from the cleaners cupboard

the hotel is located in city center, so nearby a lot of cars are going around, so they are noisy.

The position of the hotel very close to main objectives in Old Istanbul. The breakfast was very tasty, varied traditional turkish food. The staff very polite and very helpful.

Our room was upgraded from double room to family room.
Hotel staff were good and friendly. Location is very good.

We booked the family room and it was perfect for us and tge location was ideal as well as it is walking distance to tram and sultanahmet mosque.
Breakfast was very minimal and from 9.30 they stop replenishing the empty trays which was annoying seeing that breakfast end at 10.30. When we complained about it to the kitchen staff they did not do anything about it.
