Our room was extremely dusty Huge dust bunnies fell of the head board. The inside of the lights were dirty as well. I reported it to the fellow at the desk. I told him I wanted to work the next morning with the cleaning staff.

Jocelyn had cleaned the room and loo very well before my arrival. Spacious room and comfy bed. Delicious and diverse breakfast. Good wifi and pool. Kind front desk staff. Free laundry. Close to Walmart, bus stops and eateries.

The floor of the loo could be slightly better cleaned by Dhairya. He forgot to replace the used towels but never mind. Lately, the room’s telephone stopped working.

St Jacob's Farmers Market was right across the street, and was such a close walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Plentiful parking in the parking lot. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Thank you!

Breakfast was disappointing – there wasn't even fresh milk for coffee – just coffeemate! The food selection was quite sparse – there was no yogurt left, but the liquid-eggs were abundant (or practically untouched).

The facilities including the pool and room were extremely clean and well maintained, customer service was on point, check in was smooth, completed by a friendly front desk agent. This was a family getaway and we will be back soon. Thank you, Sarah Brown

Location was my choice from experience. So excellent. Breakfast was great with lots and lots of good choices.

We would prefer walk in shower. Also the grab bar on the bathtub wall was on the wrong side. Grab bars ought to be on both sides. Also, in the bathroom sink area the soap dispenser was empty. On our first night we mentioned this to a housemaid working in the next room. Again on the second day mentioned this to another housemaid who was working in our area. The dispenser was never filled.

First off , when we came in we stayed with a king bed and pull out couch with our 12 year old son. And when we come to the room, the pull out couch had no sheets , pull out couch not made , and no extra sheets any where in the room. When we asked front desk for it , there was an older Jamaican housekeeper who jumped in and says " we don't make up pull out couches. Because people complain someone slept in" I found that to he very rude . We simply talked to front desk . Don't jump into it . I have been a housekeeping supervisor before and I know a thing or 2 about expectations. Then all my son got was a blanket ,without top sheet or flat sheet.. an itchy blanket for 3 nights stay . I was like forget it we went out and got him blanket set.. Next morning we called down for towels , and front desk just said " ok" . Called front desk twice to be honest. Just for us to see housekeeper in the hall and she gave us towels . Poor service . When someone calls for towels . That's priority ! Our garbage was never replace we had to take outside the room for them to attend to it . Room had no tablets for the dishwasher, no sponge, no spatulas or kitchen accessories, how the advertisement showed. Lamps had dust furniture was very dusty . Overall bad service

The room was excellent, lots of room and a nice kitchen area. Bed was super comfortable. And the staff were great.

No towels in the room, no linen on the pull out bed, the pool was very dirty and cold. We called down to reception multiple times with no answer.

after a significant winter storm I had to shovel myself out around my car to exit at noon plows were out at 2 in the morning outside my first floor room and woke me up but not there for people to safely use parking lot however, 4 hotel staffers did come to help me get out with more shovels to help -snow was 2 feet high

Winter storm happened but snow clearing was not done very well. Only one handicapped parking spot. The shower forces you to step into the shower to turn on the tap. Then you get hit with cold water as soon as you turn the tap on. There should be a way of turning on the shower without getting into the shower first.

I didn't have much time out of my room. So far I have a wonderful time during my stay.
