Very roomy.

The Wifi strength was great and the building was very quiet as it was off season for the student population. Location was really good wrt university related facilities and smaller restaurants.

Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness of the apt was unacceptable. The operators need to look at how to maintain the building as a 'hotel' with that service in mind. It seemed the extent of 'cleaning' was adding a roll of toilet paper, changing the bedsheets and laying out 2 towels, 2 little soaps and 2 unwrapped plastic glasses.

The location is perfect. Very convenient.

Paying extra for microwave & Kitchen supplies, having to bring your own tv/projector, ants all over our floor.

Hello, when we arrived at our first room it hadn’t been cleaned. So we had to have our room changed. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, they put us into another room right away. Then the internet wasn’t working, the front desk person came to our room and fixed the problem. Im only commenting on the furniture because the survey asked about it. To be honest the beds are not very comfortable. The height ( they are very high) is unusual. The room is huge which was great. The couch In the living room is very small. These things are all to be expected in a residence. We loved the location and the size of the room. We are planning on coming back this August.

the blanket on the bed was a little sad. pillow was also limp.

Cold showers. Flooring, lounge furniture, could use some upgrades.

Location is good. I did not eat in the hotel. What is best is size and the fact of having a bathroom in each room.

Maintainance was poor. Bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. Illumination was poor in bedrooms. One light was off in the living room. Not cleaning service in one week except for our request to clean two bathrooms which were dirty upon arrival.
