A lovely place to stay in a great location in Eastbourne, just 7 minutes walk from the bandstand and beach, and very close to the main shopping centre. We loved the beach themed decor. The flat is very clean, comfortable and well equipped and it was a real bonus having a secure parking space.

The fridge could have been a bit bigger for self catering.

Not enough seating in the lounge, another sofa / chair would be good rather than a display unit. Sofa very uncomfortable.

The location was brilliant.

Good position for walking around Eastbourne, secure parking and apartment. Very well equipped, can’t think of anything that wasn’t available.

Shower door a little stiff, but works. On the last night, tv channels did not work properly, possibly poor signal. Didn’t contact owner as to late in the evening.

Claimed to have a balcony. Railings the other side of double doors that can't be opened any more than an inch are not a balcony. It was a very warm weekend, and we couldn't get any fresh air into the lounge. See photos. The kitchen equipment was not clean, we had to clean bowls and plates before using them and there was no chance of me cooking anything on the oven trays provided, see photo. Toilet seat is broken and loose. Coffee machine was provided but no use as no pods were provided for it. Dont stay here on a saturday night! We were woken at 3am by a load of people who had clearly been in a loud venue and forgot they no longer needed to shout.

The location is very near to local bars and clubs, the Friday & Saturday night proved difficult to sleep until we’ll after 3am due to very noisy club goers lingering and messing about in the street

The apartment was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, and overall delighted with everything. We couldn’t have asked for more.

dirty food tray in oven. bath wrong way round risk of banging head on sloping tiles. poor quality sofa. need more lounge seating. no lock on bathroom.

Good location in centre of town and near the beach. Off street parking is a boon. Comfortable and cosy. We had a lovely Christmas.

Only a 2 seater sofa in lounge with 2 (not so comfortable) bean bags is not ideal. The fridge was a little small.

Beautiful well appointed with good parking.

Oven was disgustingly dirty. Shower fitting loose.

Kitchen has everything I need to make a light meal. Bathroom has a separate shower cube. Beds are comfortable. Parking is secure and easy. The layout of the house is good. The decoration is calm and pleasant.

Would prefer to have a washing machine instead of the dishwasher in the kitchen. We were staying for 6 nights and a washing machine will be useful.

Location and quirky seaside decoration

We felt the property could have been cleaner, crockery not so clean from previous visitors. Throw and sofa looked in need of changing.

Lovely apartment and a great central location. The odd issue we found was the shower could do with updating and the cubicle and oddly nowhere at all in the shower to hang or put anything on a shelf. The main seating sofa could probably do with replacing in the near future.

Would have been a nice apartment. Big enough for four people, a safe parking spot behind the house and in walking distance to everything you want to see in Eastbourne, BUT....

....it was really dirty in the kitchen and the bathroom ! We had to clean all glasses, dishes and cutlery before we could use it. Both tables haven't been cleaned at all and parts of the bathroom too. If you are the owner, you can contact me for picture proof.
