Really cosy spot, well equipped, fully fenced garden for our dog. Check in was super easy and came with a little welcome pack for pup. Rose was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area!

When tried to respond to manager the Stayz website just returned a “too many http redirects” error. So would not have been able to communicate with them. Not a problem for the property but for stayz.

Property was super clean, quiet warm and comfortable. Small but perfectly formed and just what the two of us required. We were travelling with a car - parking supplied. Fabulous thoroughly recommended Thank You

Lovely little cottage, dog friendly and clean and tidy. The dog treats went down well with our dog Ziggy and although I didn't meet Rose, she checked in to see all was well. Thank you Rose 😀

From the very beginning, Rose was awesome. She ensured the house lights were on as we arrived after 9pm and then the basket of treats, litter bags, towels for our dog and the pamphlets providing info about where we could take her for a walk were way beyond what we were expecting. The bach has everything we needed plus many extras. Communication throughout was excellent. Definitely recommend to anyone and we will certainly be returning. Huge thanks Rose.

Great little 'tiny home'. Hosts were very generous with the treats for the humans and the greyhound! Loved eating on the deck in the sun. About a kilometer walk to the beach but some might not enjoy the walk back up the hill. We hope to use this property again :)

Nice clean, awesome location, owners were great. Made sure we were ok because of winds from cyclone gabrielle when we first arrived. Weather ended up turning out lovely. Trendy and very clean with dog treats for our girl that was personalize. Goodies for the humans too. Will defiantly be recommend to family and friends and we will be back :)

Perfect place to stay, close to town and port with shops just around the corner. Everything you need.

This is a cutie, very clean and tidy, absolutely spotless. Ideal for a couple of nights, but for longer, is a little small, eg. not much room around the double bed, no wardrobe to hang clothes (was a cupboard in lounge/dining but not suitable), and only a small hand basin, bit tricky to have a face wash and cleaning teeth with out water on the floor. (We personally don't like doing these in the kitchen sink). But, Rose has a two bedroom house in the front, so we would request this next time, if available. But, we would recommend this cabin for short term accommodation. Treats for us, thank you Rose. But also treats for our little pooch, including treats, towels, bowls etc. The deck and furniture, with sunny days and the view of the mountain in the distance topped if our lovely weekend. Again, thank you Rose.

We needed Dog Friendly accommodation and our old Westie could not have been made to feel more welcome. Very generous and thoughtful treats, towels bags etc for her! Cute Cabin just unlucky with too much rain!

It's a good place, well kept, with all the things needed for a short stay.

Cosy, tidy, all the amenities required on site, off street parking, fresh limes on the tree outside, fenced outdoor space and welcome treats for the hound, a great stay, thanks Rose!

Nicely tucked away from a main road leading into the CBD, this is not to be missed. Not large, but very comfy and comes with everything you need. Excellent queen-sized bed, twoseater couch plus recliner. Nice infinity shower. Great deck with outdoor furniture and a well kept garden. When you are outdoorsy people, like we are, you don't and won't need that much space. A hidden gem: Take a walk on the "Back Beach". Best entrance is the second drive past Rangitake Drive near the stream and walk northwards to Paritutu. We are too much nomads to come back for a second stay, but would certainly consider doing it. Highly recommended! Michel

super for the dog with fully fenced section and sunny deck

We had an awesome stay here with our Dog. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we need. Loved lounging on the deck with a cold one at the end of the day. Rose gave 5 star service. Great communication and lovely touches like snacks and choccie and Easter eggs and a care pack for the pooch with treats, poo bags, info about where you can and can't have dogs in New Plymouth and also towells for the dog. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed here for three nights with our two small dogs in April 2022. We were very happy with the cottage which is small but all we needed as we were in and out doing stuff. The section is fully fenced which was great for the dogs and the big deck was perfect for evening drinks with friends. We would be very happy to stay again.

Close to a four square for provisions. Friendly neighbours. Close to the cycle way and a swimming beach. Just the right size for a couple with everything you need, including a cook top and small oven (not indicated on website). Nice outdoor area. Recommended.

The Bach was spotless & Rose was so friendly & helpful we will definitely be back again , everything is practically on your doorstep , Restaurants , beach , cafe's , OH ( Not to forget all the wee treats that Rose had for us arriving)😁🎉🍬🍭🍡🥧
