Clean place. Excellent quiet location. For us it was close to town and also the people we were visiting (daughter with new house OMG!)

Not sure you could fix this: Very steep driveway, a bit slippery when wet. Could be a challenge for some drivers. Bathroom location through kitchen was a bit different, but we understand. Maybe you can fix these: Could have supplied some other tea bags (eg. Earl Grey, English Breakfast), and the only coffee available was decaf……which isn’t real coffee. Easy fix. Supply a basic hair dryer? Coffee table would be handy. Makes the couch more appealing and the entire space more friendly. Supply face washers. Additional shelf space in bathroom? The plant and pelican are gr8, but let’s be practical first. Where do we rest all our stuff?!!

The beds were comfortable enough and the location was OK. Air con was a plus.

There were cockroaches everywhere inside the house, droppings into the cupboards. Expired oil in the cupboard, expired milk in the fridge and barely any pantry. 2 toilet paper rolls were given for a family of 4 staying 6 nights. No hair dryer, no instant coffee, no chopping board and I can go on... . I didn't bother opening the bbq as it was not even connected to the gas bottle. It's like they aren't even trying...

Loved the location, so close to the beach. The set out of the residence is perfect for a family. It was very clean and nice to have a yard for the little one to play. BBQ area was great too. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

The main thing I didn't like was the amount of creepy crawlies inside, nothing a pest controller can't fix. We had to keep using sprays on the cockroaches and little spiders inside. Still had a great stay and would stay again though.

Good facilities and a great location. Very close to the beach and in between Shoal Bay and Nelson's Bay.

The place was nice but the second bedrooms only entrance was through the main bedroom which was a bit strange. There were also a lot of bugs inside and the BBQ was quite dirty.

Karinya-Downstairs is a great place to stay the location is fantastic so close to Little Beach you can walk and it is a lovely quiet area with lots of parklands nearby. The apartment is new, very comfortable and beautifully styled and well stocked in the kitchen. Of course can’t forget the beds which are just great with a king, queen and double bed that were so comfortable and lots of space in both bedrooms. Loved it :-)
