Hermosa vista del agua condominio. Esta unidad frente a la bahía piso cuarto tiene dos dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño que están limpias y muy bien amueblado. Ubicación Premier al lado del Centro de Convenciones de Ciudad del océano, Dough Roller, Seacrets y todos los lugares de interés. Esta unidad cuenta con una de las 3 mejores vistas de agua en el edificio.
El edificio Makai es uno de los condominios más nuevos en OC.
La unidad cuenta con aire acondicionado central, lavadora / secadora en la unidad, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera y tostadora.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, su propia entrada al balcón, un armario de tamaño completo, dos mesillas de noche y un gran paseo en el armario, baño principal y TV de pantalla plana LCD.
El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, armario buen tamaño y cómoda de tamaño completo con 32 televisores de pantalla plana 'LCD, y un segundo baño completo justo al lado.
La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "LCD con reproductor de DVD y una chimenea eléctrica. La unidad cuenta con wifi.

Such a great stay! We were there for an event at the convention center so we were able to walk there every day. It’s also in walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and the building was nice and quiet.

Nice quiet section of OC but close to everything too! We were pleasantly surprised by the fishing pier next to the condo, behind the convention center. We fished at the OC pier at the inlet but it was nice to just walk over next door! Teens enjoyed the indoor pool and billiard tables each night, and Rita’s custard and ice a few doors down. About a 7 minute walk to the beach across the street. 45th street Taphouse was a few doors down and has great happy hour specials- wings and soft pretzels were hits.

We loved the place! It is even nicer than the pictures can show. The window in the living room looks right out over the bay, as does the balcony making for beautiful views. The sunsets were incredible! Everything was spotless when we arrived. This is an incredible place to stay.

The building itself could use a few updates. The location is close to many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was cute and updated. The beds are a little hard. The master bedroom could use black out blinds. The light coming through after dark made it difficult to sleep. The trash had not been emptied in the 2nd bathroom. We also found various items left on the floor from previous guests (headband, ballons). Overall not terrible..

The condo is in a perfect location! Easy access in and out, very quiet, cozy, and a great place to unwind and relax with an amazing view of the bay. Great sunsets!

This is the first time we stayed at makai. It was a last minute decision and the property was phenomenal. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the sunset. The place is very family friendly, my whole family enjoyed it. I got the pleasure of speaking with the condo owner and they are great people, I would recommend this one to my closest family and friends.

This property was well maintained. It was the perfect size for two adults and a teenager. Nice view of the bay. The beds and sofa are not the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend too much time in the condo, so it wasn’t a huge problem for us. We would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo with a great view of the bay! Very clean. Walking distance to some nice restaurants, the beach, and only 5 or 6 blocks to Seacrets. The Property manager, Mariam, was very helpful and responds quickly to any questions you have. Definitely recommend!

We were here for a dance convention and this condo was right next-door so very conveniently located. It was very clean, and had everything we were looking for. Just one thing to note from the picture-The picture shows Bayview which it has, but if you pan a little bit to the right the view is a very busy pool of the hotel next door. Therefore, it wasn’t as quiet as I had expected it to be.
Overall, we would stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
I have zero complaints with this property! So clean and well kept!… It was the ideal place for my family (if I didn’t have to leave, I’d still be there). It was surprisingly spacious and had such a gorgeous view from the balcony. The owners were so quick to respond when we needed them (hopefully we weren’t too big of an inconvenience). If we decide to go back to Ocean City for our next vacation, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for helping to make my family’s vacation a memorable one!

Family spent a week here and had a lovely time. Are only complaint was that the master bedroom had no way to block out the light and where woken up by 6:30am when the sun was rising. Other than that location was close to everything and the unit was large enough for our family of 5.

The condo was super clean and in really good condition.
We did not like the thermostat being housed in a locked box where we could not adjust for my Wife's comfort. It was set at 72 degrees and was too cold for my Wife. We will not return due to this issue. The condo was a bit smaller than expected also.

We had a wonderful stay! Place was very clean and location to beach was amazing! We enjoyed nights on the balcony overlooking the bay as well. All in all great vacation spot!

The place itself was very clean.
Overall our stay was perfect. Just be mindful that it is maybe a 5-7min walk to the beach.
