The location is great, very convenient and near to the town, and also there is a mall with ATM,Cinema,Groceery store and Restaurant down there

There is only one toilet.

Clean and tidy. Owner are friendly and helpful. Suggestion: 1. Could request floor mat for the toilet area. 2. Security very friendly and helpful

Location wise i should say..sorry to say due to pandemic less shop around the area open.

The location is good. There is a mall below the place (there is Aeon if you need to buy things) and stores nearby. Walking distance to the beach. There is also mamak shop and at night there is a food truck around the area. There are few facilities provided such as stove if you need to cook, fridge, washing machine and even internet connection. There is a free view channel if you want to watch tv. The 2 rooms and living area are provided with aircond. Only the living area will have a fan. Overall I'm very satisfied. The place is recommended and definitely will consider if I'm going to JB again.

There is no direct view to the ocean as it is blocked by another 2 buildings from the balcony. You can see a bit of the children's swimming pool from the balcony.

The location was central which made it easy to get around as we had our car. The check in and out process was very easy with the owner sending us comprehensive videos to ease the process. The owner was accomodating and very friendly. The aircon in the living room started leaking and she got the issue rectified the very next day. The place was very clean and quiet enough for us to all have a good night sleep.

This homestay is a prime location which is facing Singapore and it is a few minutes drives to the city centre. Under our homestay is a shopping complex which gives us time to make some light purchases. Overall, this is one of the memorable experiences and this will be my place to rent whenever I am travelling to Johor.
