The location was very nice

I didn't like that there was someone else's hair in the tub clogging the drain, and the toilet was very very loose. Also patio railing was scary loose with boards coming up on patio floor, also there was no internet at all. I called vacasa and they told me I'd be refunded and heard nothing back as I had to spend 16hrs at a different location doing buisiness work and couldn't enjoy the place I was paying for because I needed wifi

The kitchen update was great. The location of the property is great, the beach is right around the corner. Ocean City is beautiful, the beach was clean, the air was fresh.

The stains on the carpets and the dust on some of the furniture. It was.a little confusing at the beginning because I did not realize that I had to check in at a different address than the apartment and pick up the keys from a different address before trying to unlock the code at the property. It took us about 40 min trying to reach the Vacasa app by phone and get instructions from them before we understood what were the necessary steps to find the keys to the property. But I put the blame for this on me, rather than on the hosts, as they sent instructions in the email, but I was confused and did not realize that these were different physical addresses. The highway is very noisy so at the beginning it took us a while to get used to the noise. But once you see the beach and the waves, you forget about the noisy highway :)

Overall, a nice place in general as far as layout and conveniences to restaurants, gas stations and the beach

Very few of the electrical outlets worked properly, the plugs kept falling out. 4 flights of stairs were a challenge for us with luggage. The room at check in had wet towels in the washer and blankets etc....were just thrown on the floor in the MBR Closet.

location was great close to the beaches and attractions

outdated carpets where all stained furniture on the balcony where rusted and flaking carpet on deck was torn boards were warped if I had little kids they would not of been allowed out there.

Space was great and location was great . I will definitely return !

We were told we couldn’t check in early do to extra measure of cleaning being done for Covid. Upon arrival our blankets had stains on them, end tables & bedrooms werent dusted, there were marks on the dining room mirror and walls, and we opened up the sofa bed to sleep on and there were food crumbs and trash all in the bed and under the couch. We all are cleaners who stayed in the property so I’m not quite sure what extra steps were taken.
