Close to the Train Station, plenty of restaurants around, 7 eleven and Family Mart near by. Spacious rooms.

Room wasn´t clean and showed lag of maintenance. Covers missing and old stains on walls, especially shower. Wifi of my room never worked, connected to another room which worked a little bit but not "good".

Bed was comfy and clean. With spacious tub. Amenities are provided (toiletries, and snacks).

I wrote clearly that i was booking for 2 adults and 2 toddlers, and requested the room with square bed (since round shape bed wont fit us), and was told that it will be provided. When we came, we were told all the rooms with square bed were sold out, and the available room with square bed did not have private garage access (need to park the car at B1, climb stairs, and take another separate elevator), which definitely was not convenient for us. The staff insisted that we should upgrade to the bigger size room with additional 300 TWD, which we took because we had no other choice. Room reeked of cigarette smell, and dont know when did the last time the floor got mopped.

we had the KTV room and it is super spacious. the bed is comfortable. the staff is very quick to respond, but the result isn’t what they have control over.

the KTV room has long-lasting cigarette odor that couldn’t be cleaned out. the floor is extremely dirty even after two cleaning cycles. the floor has small dividers that are not suitable for young children. while we slept in the smoke-filled room, our neighbor sang the whole night until 4:30am, then someone started up play loud music with bass from 5am on. we couldn’t rest at all.

the surface of the sofa and one of two towels were torn. the smell of the room was not pleasant.

Room wasn't ready when I arrived. Room had a bit of cigarette smoke smell. Spa tub could have been cleaner. General maintenance should be better.

it was very easy to get to and I liked the outside area with the lights. it made it feel like a Christmas wonderland.

it was so cold in the room! no matter what we did we were freezing and even the employees couldn’t help warm it up

Price of the room of the accommodation is good. A free sandwich and a cup of drink were given for free.

the living environment of a hotel room is a little bit old in my opinion.

Put a door on the toilet! people dont want to go to the bathroom and be watched - privacy is important
