Great location in the middle of lythem
There was a lot of noise from a nearby nightclub until 2.00 in the morning. There seagulls then started the dawn chorus about 5.00am

Everything has been thought of. Fan in the room rather than having to ask, pod coffee machine AND kettle with a good selection of drinks. Two good pillows on each bed, soap and shampoo etc in bathroom which is ideal for the odd night away when you don't want to have to take bottles with you. Good size room. Cupboard in the Hallway that customers can raid for extra towels, pods, biscuits, iron, more fans etc.
Also very helpful in allowing me to store my wheelchair at street level in the staff entrance which made a big difference to my stay.
More cafes, bars and restaurants than you could possibly need within a 2 minute walk, as well as a handy Sainsbury's.
Only improvement I can think of is a light on the dressing table because it wasn't easy to see in the corner when doing makeup.

It is a nice boutique hotel. The fact that the "breakfast in a bag" is not delivered until quite late for a business traveller is a nuisance. Its in a great location for bars and restaurants
If you want a reception, breakfast room, parking etc. this is notbthe place for you

plenty of tea & coffee but only enough milk for one drink. when I asked for more I was told as there was no reception staff more was not available and they said I could always go to a local shop to buy some .

Superb town centre location, easy self check in/out, great facility when your just looking for a clean comfortable room for the night, loads of eating/drinking opportunities on your doorstep. Fitted our needs perfectly. Fab picnic breakfast.

Fantastic room - stayed. Deluxe double - loved all the little extras. Very clean. Breakfast was a croissant, jam, Nutella, yoghurt, orange juice, apple and cereal bar. All in a little brown bag. Great place to stay if going the lowther pavilion fo an event. Definitely recommend and will stay here again xx

Great central location for town facilities. Parking easy on street. Comfortable room but see below.
Room was freezing (mid January) both evening and morning. Heating instructions incomprehensible and bore no relation to in room radiator controls. Took much time, effort and patience to get any heating via numerous phone calls to offsite staff (who were responsive and polite).
This was a very basic requirement on which the hotel failed. We expected better from a non budget stay option. We stayed here once before in the Spring and gave a 5 star review, but sadly cannot repeat that this time.

The hotel was right in the middle of the town which was so convenient. Looking out of the window was an absolute treat as all the restaurants were all still lit up.
Lovely room,clean,modern - very nice. Tastefully decorated and loved the added luxury of the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Great touch.
Not a fan of the 'continental 'breakfast..it felt very impersonal with a brown bag hanging outside your room containing porridge, an apple, orange juice ,ceral bar and a yoghurt..not very appetising.

It was all good but we never saw any staff so can’t answer one of the questions. But I did have to call re wifi and they were good

Property was fine…. couple of late night guest’s arriving back after a good night out was the only blip

The room was beautiful and very clean and the location was brilliant right in centre.
The hotel isn't manned so can't give score on the staff although you could ring and speak to someone if you had any problems or issues, luckily everything was lovely for myself and my husband.
