Our stay at this property was wonderful! Other than it being a little bit too far to walk to downtown the host was more than fantastic! So accommodating and helpful! Would recommend to anyone looking for a Nashville getaway!

It was close to the stadium where the concert was so it was very convenient.

What a cool place. It was massive and plenty of room for activities and everyone to sleep. Place is clean and really nice, easy to get to downtown or east Nashville. Short Uber rides everywhere. Hosts were easy to reach when messaged and really a great experience. 10/10 would stay again.

This house is absolutely perfect in every way. The hosts are terrific and so accommodating. The house comes equipped with every possible thing you could need during your stay. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook family meals. The rooms are large and comfortable and the open floor plan is awesome. I've read other reviews that mention the neighborhood feeling a bit sketchy after dark, but we never felt that way at all. The neighborhood is actually quiet and the neighbors we met were very friendly. I would highly recommend this house for a large family getaway or even a girls weekend. The house sleeps up to ten people between the three bedrooms and the two hide-a-bed sofas.

The property was great. Only issue was that there was a lot of homeless people in the back alley. Opening and closing the gate in the back was a little uneasy at times but never had any problems.

This is an awesome property! Very nice and very clean! Very close to downtown area and Nissan Stadium. However, the house and the stadium are separated by what appears to be project housing and a neighborhood I would not feel safe walking through. The house area itself felt plenty safe, but would not want people to think walking downtown is a realistic option. Overall I highly recommend this property. The owner was incredibly informative and very responsive in communication. Thanks for a great weekend at the Music City Bowl!

Sometimes when you rent a vacation home, what you get is not what you saw in the photos. This house was just as shown. It was perfect for our group of 5.

Loved the Nashville vibe of the house with all of the amenities. The house was well stocked with essential and we completely appreciated the initial stock of coffee as we arrived late on our check in day. The remoteless entry and security alarm was a bonus and made access so easy. The beautiful deck with comfy outside furniture was really appreciated. The beds were comfortable . The owners were very responsive to any questions and were easily reached by texting during our stay. It was an easy and quick ~1mile walk to broadway and even closer to downtown East Nashville which is very charming. We felt completely safe in this neighborhood that is rapidly gentrifying, but we did Uber after dark. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time! Hosts were fantastic.. The little extras they added, coffee pods, shampoo, soap etc...was wonderful.. Would definitely recommend this property to others!!

There were six of us staying for a bachelorette trip and we fell in LOVE with the property. It is super cute, clean, and spacious. We had everything we needed. Our Uber driver warned us about the location, mainly don’t go out alone at night. But we didn’t have any issues and the alarm definitely helped us feel safe. Loved the property, would definitely go back if I go to Nashville again.

Overall property is well maintained, very comfortable, well stocked and met our needs for our stay. The kitchen could be better supplied with essentials, but left suggestions to correct. We had a very nice stay and would recommend this property.

The house was very cozy with everything you could possibly need. Was also extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The living/kitchen area was spacious. Conveniently located near downtown (5 min). Will definitely stay here again.
