Dirty room, old furniture and crockery, rude staff.

Location is great. Very simple and standard accomodation, but clean and functional. The staff seemed always available and happy to help.

The breakfast lacks more selection of food and drinks, so it was a bit disappointing. Also the drain in toilet of the room was clogged, so needs some maintenance (and I forgot to mention it to the staff, my bad).

Check-in, room(quiet, but unfortunately v. Cold! Especially the floors. Angella, the claner, had done a good job, and was given a monetary token of my appreciation, directly into her hand, before I vacated.

Very cold room,esp. Floors, as mentioned. Got frostbite. ( Almost) Did wear my merino wool long- johns and ditto socks to bed. Wore my Descente alpine ski jacket over in- door clothing before going to bed. Tried for 20 minutes to call front desk ( around 21:00 hrs). First in Norwegian, then in English, using my own cell, in case there is a dafness feature re the in- room phone. Then I went down to the lobby to get help. « Very, very busy, right till just now, sorry. Also v. Short staffed just now.» Not a soul was around. SORRY! BUT YOU DID ASK.

Great, large breakfast buffet. Room was modern and clean.

Way too noisy, especially for the price. There was a party in the restaurant below the hotel that blasted loud music with a lot of bass until after midnight on a Saturday night. There was also a lot of noise from other rooms, the gym, and the street. Was unacceptable for the price of the room and made sleeping difficult, even with earplugs.

Good location - not far from city center and the King palace, Metro station is also near hotel. Breakfast was great! very delicious! very comfortable bed

a bit small bathroom, it can be not convenient for some people. price is a quite high, but it is Oslo :)

A good place to stay for a solo traveler. My room was a bit small but since I traveled alone I had plenty of space. If you have big suitcases and more than one suitcase perhaps it might feel a bit more cramped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. The location is quite nice as well, about a 30min walk to the central station which allows you to walk past the royal palace and the big park along with the main shopping street.

Was it entierly worth the price I paid? Probably not. Was this partly my own fault for booking the hotel quite late when most other places were fully booked? Most likely. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

The room was well-equipped and the bed comfortable.

Housekeeping service- coffee first thing in the morning is critical. Even after leaving a note, housekeeping failed to replenish coffee each day.

The waiter at breakfast was rude and threatening beyond belief. He told me rudely to get up mid breakfast on Day 1 and move to a different table, without helping to move my breakfast or being in any way friendly or polite. The next day he kept starring at me at breakfast, was rude to incoming guests looking for a table, and chased me out of the breakfast room shouting at me and threatening me, telling me not to come back, for having taking a small piece of bread for my subsequent 6h bus journey with me. Certainly, I have never experienced any behaviour like this, no form of friendliness or hospitality from this waiter, just utter rudeness. He should not work in this sector. I will absolutely not come back, not because he told me (unbelievably), but because I don't pay to be shouted at and feel threatened in a hotel stay. I complained about him at checkout and sincerely hope my severe complaint was handled with him.

Nice Location. Not too crowded. Very close to Tram and easy access to City Center within 15 minutes. Included breakfast is really good. Room size is good. Worth for money

Shower area could be little bigger. Its very narrow
