The 4 bed dormitory was very clean. The entire hotel felt very safe.

O Hotel é bom, a localização central é excelente, mas o quarto é pequeno. The hotel is good, the central location is excellent, but the room is small.

O aquecimento não estava adequado para o frio da época e a recepção nos providenciou um aquecedor portátil porque disseram que a temperatura é padrão no aquecedor central. A TV não estava funcionando. Chamamos a recepção e uma pessoa foi até o quarto para ver, mas continuou sem funcionar. Precisava de um técnico. Pelo preço pago e ainda sem café da manhã eu esperava um pouco mais. The heating was not adequate for the cold weather at the time and reception provided us with a portable heater because they said the temperature is standard in the central heater. The TV wasn't working. We called reception and someone went to the room to look, but it still didn't work. I needed a technician. For the price paid and without breakfast I expected a little more.

Posizione strepitosa nel centro di Oslo, comoda e vicina alle maggiori attrazioni (tutto entro 15 minuti), ben collegato al resto da tram e metropolitana. Hotel moderno ed essenziale che strizza l'occhio ad un ostello, con la disponibilità di spazi comuni dove consumare il proprio cibo e socializzare con gli altri ospiti. Buona la colazione a buffet (non molto ampio ma con tutto l'essenziale) che si può acquistare a gettoni solo in caso di utilizzo. Ottima la dimensione della camera e del bagno.

La stanza non è mai stata rifatta e ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani solo il primo giorno. Per noi non è stato un problema, però non ha molto senso cambiare gli asciugamani dopo un giorno e poi tenerli per 3 di fila.

Pretty much everything, it was such a nice place, met so many new friends and It was an amazing experience, and all the staff was incredible.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room we shared was basic but very clean and exactly what we expected. Location was great. Easy access to early flights from the airport.

The rooms were really small. The luggage room could have been under lock and key.

Its a trendy hotel/hostel in the heart of the city. Its an easy walk to many of the sights, train stations, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom is nice and spacious. Nice water pressure and hot water. There's a locker in the room you can lock with your own lock. The lobby is comfortable.

There are a few small things that could make the stay better. It'd be nice if the bed was made when you arrive. Its hard to make the bed quietly especially if your flight is delayed and you arrive in the middle of the night. I was lucky to stay on the bottom bunk so I could charge my phone during the night. A normal charging cable won't reach to the top bunk. It would be nice if there were privacy curtains.

- Great location in the centrum near to the central station (5min walk) and shops - Big lockers in the room (70L backpack fitted in) - I booked my visit one night before arriving so I was happy with the price (50e/night)

- Not sure if it’s a hotel or a hostel? No ”hostel vibes”, tours etc. Also I think there should be a breakfast included to the price because the kitchen is so poor. - 12 bed dorm downstairs was really hot and no air conditioning!

the place has a bar and has friendly employees. they helped in all kinds of matters excellent people :)

No hair dryer in the rooms. Not every bed has a socket, you have to remove the lamp. there is no ventilation.

I was pleasantly surprised: both the room and the bathroom were very clean and nicely equipped. The place is situated right in the city center, so it's easy to get to all main sights. Great quality for such a price. Forgot my own lock for a locker in the room and felt slightly uncomfortable because of this, but had nice neighbors and nothing bad happened to my stuff.

The location and the cleanness

The reception staff (night shift) can be very impolite, I didn't know that you'll have to express your health history to be able to change a bed, I suffer from vertigo, and on the extra night I stayed I was assigned a top bunker bed, I requested to please be changed to a bottom one, I could understand if all the people were there, but there were 3 beds empty at that time, and one of them was still emptied the next morning, but they denied my request saying that they were fully booked, was apparently wasn't true, I wasn't asking for much I think, I even offered to pay more or be changed to another room with more people, to what they said I'd have to call booking.com, really? All of that for a bed change? I think all it was is because I didn't do the reservation straight with them in all honesty, which in my opinion it's absurd and childish even. I would've even passed the fact that some of the shared rooms are outside the building with a super slippery area to walk through and no protection from the very dangerous falling ice, or the fact that there's no shelves in the showers so you have to place your things on the floor, where it can get wet from the not super draining water. I have stayed in many hostels with (real) hotel quality in Europe and this it's by far the worse of all, really overpriced and overqualified for what you get. However, kuddos to the cleaning staff they are the bestest!
