Loved our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or more convenient facilities. The apartment was great. Check in system was easy and if you have any problems you can easily contact the service team. We found the best way was via the chat function on their website. Someone joined the chat instantly and we were sorted. We have just left this morning and can’t wait to return.

The place is really close to everything that is interesting! The location is the best a tourist needs! The place is pretty clean, big enough and has everything that you need!

Although we only were 2, they gave us a baby bed! That was no needed. Second, the room smell a lot to the tipical baby smell. The baby bed was the cause of this. Third, the payment machine didnt work at the beginning and although they knew about this problem, they didnt tell me anything and I have to called them. They could have given me a heads up!

Everything is new and the studio is very comfortable and well designed. The kitchenette is fantastic with everything you need to make small meals and even some hot meals thanks to the stove and the oven. Forget about doing the dishes, there is a dishwasher! Everything was practical and comfortable.

Some issues with wear and tear of the facilities start to show up. Quite normal having in mind that everything is new. Cleanliness can be better. Although kitchen and bathroom were pristine, the floor in the rest of the studio was not, and the bedding could have been cleaner.

I really liked the automatic check-in. The system works very simply, safely and quickly.

The toilet bowl was very uncomfortable because it is too close to the bathroom cabinet.

The localisation is amazing. Also little kitchen anex helped a lot with the eating situation (although microwave would be better that an oven for quick meals). Also the service was nice, person from the help desk was very helpful Breakfast was ok, bit heavy on carbs

First of all the lift was broken. I was not notified nor asked if it's ok with me to stay on the 4th floor without a working lift. Getting luggage up and down those SPIRAL staircase was not only uncomfortable but also not safe. I have a back problems and it was awful. I feel like in this situation people should be asked before they arrive if they're ok with the floor higher that the 1st one. And for the ones higher there should be a discount. There are people with disabilities or traveling with children, that's unacceptable. Second thing are beds. The mattress was so poor quality it was jumping with every move. I woke up every time my friend changed the sides while sleeping. Another inconvenience - shower cabin had faulty doors so everytime someone was going outside of it there was a little flood on the floor. Smaller imperfection: luggage room is in the other location, so after taking a suitcase, bag and a backpack from the 4th floor without a lift on this stairs from hell I had a pleasure to walk with all that to the other hotel to leave it for a last day (later checkout was not possible).

the wifi didn’t work which was a shame. it would be nice to a bit of filter coffee to use that coffee plunger!
