Location is good, opposite is Suntec City, there is a connected bridge to Marina Square. The lobby is well designed for lots of photo-shooting. The bfast is great, lots of variety, we enjoyed the two days bfast there. The swimming pool is excellent for sunbath and swim, I went to swim every day I stay there. Staffs are very helpful to solve our problem and kind to understand that we were tired after flight. The view in the room is magnificent, same as they promised (we booked signature marina bay) . Bed is comfortable. There is water filter facility and coffee machine in room.

the toilet is leaking water and they had ppl come to fix it quick. Overall the room is good yet it is not very value for money, not a 5-star but a 4+ star cos the cleaning service is not up to a 5-star standard(old stains in shower). Overall it is a good stay for the view of the room, the design of the lobby and building, swimming ppl and the bfast.

Accessibility: It is walking distance to Marina Bay Sands. Staff: They are nice but not attentive compared to other hotels that I booked in other countries. Not sure why. Food: Lots of asian variety which is good. Facilities: We enjoyed the pool and the cabana, but their spa requires payment. It’s not free. Room: The room is decent, though we did not get the Marina Bay Sands view.

Customer Service: It is such huge frustration because of all the hotels that I have booked from other countries, they have the worst customer support. It’s a 5-star hotel but they are not accommodating. I have sent several messages and requests, but I never received any response. If my request was not possible, they could have just responded and assisted me. However, they were not at all supportive. I only gave 8-star because I enjoyed the watching the fireworks and the interior is nice, but honestly, I am not satisfied with their service.

Nice experience with the great value for money

Was not able to have breakfast with my room slippers at the restaurant. Not only me other had the same issue. Something should have been highlighted at check in

Das Frühstückslokal ist laut und ohne jegliches Ambiente. Warteschlange vor dem Kaffeeautomaten, da meistens einer nicht nachgefüllt war.

The architecture was beautiful. Everything was exceptional and up to par. The beds were comfortable and the room service was really good. Good place to take nice pictures, the garden was beautiful and they had real birds in the lobby to create chirping sounds for a good ambience.

Staff could be more attentive and pleasant. The reception staff always seems in a hurry and will not have patience. Breakfast spread also was OK only. Could do better. Thank god we only paid for one day

A spacious and well-equipped room with a fine aspect. The Collection Club Lounge was a surprise hit that was used twice daily.

The Peppermint restaurant is below par, even for a self-service buffet.

Great service, great location, excellent food and drink choices. Also had a chromecast TV. You can walk through to malls direct from the hotel as well.

The staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel was stunning and beautiful. We had access to the collection club and it was amazing the food was lovely and the evening choices of drinks and snacks were brilliant. Our room was huge the only thing would be the bathroom door system was not the best

Очень душно в номерах. Кондиционер либо холодом сильным дует, либо его не чувствуешь и ощущение, что не хватает воздуха. Так же очень маленький шкаф в номере, его практически нету.

Beautiful surroundings. Staff is very helpful and our room has fantastic views.

Huge rooms and bathrooms, great views of the city. Loved the pool and breakfast buffet was a treat since we were traveling with kids. Food was always fresh. Staff was extremely friendly, very efficient and amazing to work with. Interiors are beautiful. Loved the atrium. Also loved a secret access into Suntec mall from underneath the Bar in the lobby. That made it easy for us to move around without going out in the rain. We had thunderstorms during our stay but it didnt stop us from going around town. But that's also because Singapore is very easily accessible by private car service like Grab or public transportation. Even by foot if you don't mind getting drenched.

チェックアウトの際、スタッフが一人、私の前の客への対応に時間がかかっていました。オンラインでチェックアウトの手続きを済ませておけば良かったのですが。 ランドリー（洗濯機）があればさらに快適だったと思います。あるのかもしれませんが、ホテルの案内からは確認できませんでした。
