The location is good and has great shuttle timing. The reception is welcoming & there's a waiting room in the lobby. There's a lap pool & tennis court. A nice gym area & good equipment. The room is clean & housekeeping is every day except weekend. It has light breakfast with selections of tea/coffee & juices with limited seating. We get our breakfast to bring upstairs.

No washing machine for studio room! Prepare cash for the washer in the basement & it will cost you $10 per wash & $6 per dryer! There's no kids play area / playground Nothing else I dont realy like but it'll be nice to have hot breakfast eg egg, beans or hashbrown. Although it has a good selection for breakfast - pastry puffs, fruits & yougurt

Room was very clean. Rooms are sizable with sufficient closet space. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Nothing much to add.

Location is a bit far off from the touristic locations. It's 10 min walk to Orchard Road but takes much longer to walk to other places such as Merlion. They provide shuttles but we never got to use them because they operate only on weekdays (weird) and limited hours. Breakfast was kinda poor, all carbs and almost no protein. American Inns have better breakfast.

Some basic facilities like bath room slippers, round the clock reception attendance are not provided. Breakfast needs some variety. If someone stays there for 3-4 weeks, it will be difficult to eat the same stuff everyday

Amazing location. Super clean. Very comfortable. Has everything you need/want. Pool area is clean and the water is so amazing in Singaporean humidity. I booked a studio, and was upgraded to a 1bedroom apartment that was just wonderful, super quiet, loads of pillows to choose. Best part for me was the massage chair... I mean seriously, a top of the line, amazing massage chair that is so so so good after a long flight and a long day of work! The shuttle service was great too - I got a bit lost, and the driver helped me find where I needed to be. It's the little things like the welcome basket, the ability to open windows and change temperatures in your apartment, the spaciousness of everything, the security gate guards, the complimentary breakfast (fruit is so sweet!), the umbrella and shopping bags that just make it so much nicer. I forgot my international power connector, I asked the reception staff a good shop that I could buy one from, and they so kindly gave me to use! The gym has everything you need, and is clean. The day I left, I was able to still use the pool, lounge, shower etc after checking out - I legit made myself tired, and a hot shower, and then got the airport and slept most of my flight back to Australia! Particular shout out to Conrad at reception: just a stellar human, amazing customer service, incredibly helpful and just a really happy person! Next time I'm in Singapore & need to work around the Orchid area, I will definitely stay at Le Grove.

Nothing. It exceeded my expectations above and beyond. The negative comments about breakfast is quite amusing to be honest. Apartment-hotels generally never serve breakfast - that's literally the whole point of the full kitchen set up in each apartment. Yet Le Grove does provide a complimentary breakfast, and it's pretty good (sure no personalised eggs or hot breakfast options, and yes there is a range of unique pastries, but it's part of the local cuisine experience. The cereals, assortment of breads, cheese & condiments, waffles, milk, juice, fruit, yoghurt is pretty extensive really. And it's free. They were awesome to let me grab a go bag as I headed out.) I travel for work - and prefer apartment hotels than hotel rooms - just more spacious and homey. This was by far the best stay I've ever had. And the staff - all of them - were just so friendly and kind.

Staff were very friendly and professional. I personally want to say thank you to Joseph (reception), Zoe (housekeeper) and Zaidi (maintenance). The place is certainly wheelchair friendly!
