Hotel restaurant limited service and no clear notice of operation time during lunch hours. Need some improvement on bathroom sink due to leak

Very good location, easy to reach to any tourist destination by bus at the Komta station.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. New furniture. The staff was helpful but business like.

The breakfast was aligned for Malaysia and India Citizens. The room windows need a cleaning.

Clean, sanitised and cold aircon. Good location-just 5 minutes walking to 1st Avenue.

Then sink has problem, need to check it regularly as recommended. The water flow away is quite slow.

The beds were comfy and roomy. staff was super friendly and helpful. overall breakfast was fine.

the bathroom could improve greatly. the bathroom especially the shower was not quality. there was mildew and mold everywhere. it was pretty gross. also. even though it said it was a non smoking room the hallway always smelled like smoke.

I like everything except the Restaurant ( Breakfast ) run by an outsider

The Restaurant not run by the hotel is a disgrace. Firstly the manager there in the morning is so unhelpful and very unapproachable. The money paid for the breakfast was so overpriced for the very little selection re western food. The fried eggs were cold and the set up for breakfast is badly laid out. I complained to the Hotel manager on duty and told him to tell the General Manager unless the hotel runs the restaurant and so employs their own staff I am convinced many customers like me will not return.

The breakfast staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is situated next to a street market which was very delicious and convenient for us.

first room feel not comfortable due to dirty and apply to change room ，luckily able to change a new room for us

kudos Sunway team for accommodating my family request to have connection room available. Aside, i m truly felt amazing with staff from receptionist, security and front line service guy who are very very passionate in doing their jobs. impressive!! The experience of having 1 of the staff guiding myself and wife at the check in kiosk really summarize your seamless dedication in hospitality industry..keep it up..:)

1 of the remote tv is malfunction and we have to use 1 remote alternately in between the 2 rooms booked Aside, there is no replenishment of new mineral water bottle on 2nd day and

This is mine and my daughter's first time to Penang. Location and room were great. Every staff were friendly, very helpful and very professional. Close to food and temples. Walking distance to shopping mall.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have self check in kiosk which is superb! The hotel smells very good too! The location is strategic, in the heart of Georgetown..close to Kapitan restaurant and Komtar.

The place was well run and clean. The shuttle bus was a great idea and I liked the swimming area

I thought the breakfast was poor, there could have been a greater choice of cerial/fruit.
