De kamers zijn hoog nodig aan renovatie toe! Geen 3 of 4 sterren waardig. Eén groot deel van de huurfietsen zijn slecht onderhouden en te gevaarlijk om te verhuren, wat wel werd geprobeerd! Koelkast op de kamer maakt heel veel lawaai, hebben hem uitgezet.

Pool and breakfast areas need an upgrade.

The resort is at the end of the boardwalk but the expanse of beach out the front is nice. The staff were all wonderful.

The rooms are very tired. And I know it’s the end of wet season but they really had that damp musty smell.

Tired. Rooms need a refurb. Feel sorry for the Balinese who have to work at this property. Accor/Mecure should be ashamed. Devalues the brand - I would most likely overlook Accor/Mecure properties around the world. Luckily I only stayed one night. My friend Kaia Hunter was staying for 5 nights. Requested a refund and left!.

That it is right on the beach.

The ‘sacred’ cow which they keep on the property and do not provide with any water. We spoke to staff members 4 times asking that someone provide the cow with water but, it never happened. Cows require up to 20 litres of water per day. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. For this reason, I will never stay at this property again and will go out of my way to spread the word.

The pool was nice, with a good number of sun loungers. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

This hotel was just ok compared to others we stayed in the same area. We had adjoining rooms which were much smaller than almost all other hotels we booked in Bali. The Mercure is down the Southern end of Sanur which is reasonably far away from the main drag and shops. There is a mini-mart, but its a bit of a walk which was frustrating for things like buying water which the hotel did not provide (apart from one small bottle per person per day). The tide goes out a long way, so the beach is not swim-able for a good chunk of the day.

Breakfast was adequate but not the highlight of our stay. The resort had everything one required and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The beds were a common issue with all of our party, not the most conducive for a good sleep

Loved the wonderful service, the ambience of the resort lush gardens and proximity to beach, restaurants and shops

Building works outside my door for 2 days I was there, and it went on after dark!

The staff.

The hotel is rundown to the point of allocating rooms with dirty curtains and torn lampshades . The photos you provide advertising the room we chose were not the room as it stands. Had the advertising been accurate we would not have made the choice we did. Mercure should be embarrassed to have their name on such a poor product.

The rooms were clean, the beach and pool are beautiful.

It took 4 hours to open our door at check-in as it was locked from the inside. Very loud music till 1.

Staff were friendly, pools were lovely, and we enjoyed the location. The food was good in the restaurant and reception efficient, professional and gracious.

It was a little bit tired. However, maintenance was obviously underway in some parts of the resort.
