Very helpfull staff, helped me print off some tickets. The TV was fully loaded with netwflix, Prime etc Very impressed with the secure parking, and also the amoiunt of available spaces. This is very rare for the location.

The coutyard rooms did allow in some light from the outside carpark lights. Maybe some thicker curtains wouldnt go a miss

It was exceptionally clean and tidy and very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot and the large wall fan was very welcome, as my day of arrival was quite hot. On departure the owner said I could leave my car on the car park while I went off sightseeing in London. Not only that but he gave me info on local public transport. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Everything was perfect.

Easily accessible by train/coach/taxi, friendly staffs with smile on faces, clean & well maintained. It becomes my favorite now.

The shower wasn’t working the toilet was dirty when I came in and it smelled bad

Could book in late after being messed around by another of your hotels.

Expensive for what is was, a bed toilet sink and shower.
