The room was comfortable and well equipped. Nothing special but suitable for our needs. There are umbrellas in the foyer which you can help yourself to (and were much needed). Conveniently placed for easy access to the city and tourist attractions.

Unfortunately, there was a persistent alarm from a nearby substation throughout our stay.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room for free which has never happened to us before so was a nice surprise and the room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The spa was nice too, we used this in the morning and were the only ones there.

No smart tv so couldn't listen to music. Just should've brought a speaker and it would've been fine. The lift was also a bit of a pain as the right one didn't go to the 8th floor which we were on so was a lot of waiting about.

The friendless and politeness of the staff!! Nothing was an issue.

Some form of discount for maybe earlier booking of breakfast but other than that nothing

Restaurant service slow and poor except Andrew. Limited choice for evening meal, very slow service, poor value. Breakfast first day not warm enough, better second, poor value.

The rooms were nice. The pool was awesome and the food was excellent!
