Good location next to The Deep & the marina. Secure parking

We were in flat 203. Some of the windows didn’t close (locking mechanism is broken), so we were disturbed by construction traffic in the morning. The apartment was not very clean (we found a dirty glass under the sofa & a hairbrush under the bed). Door to the dishwasher is damaged. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee pods. No toiletries provided. If we had booked it as a serviced apartment for an extended period, I could understand the lack of toiletries & coffee pods, but we had booked it for 1 night, so I think these should be provided. Especially considering they advertise a coffee maker as an amenity.

Great location in the marina area, great view of the river. Spacious apartment at a good price. Two good size bedrooms and living area. Very responsive to messages and allowed us to check in a little early and check out late which really made life a lot easier for us. We had an enjoyable stay

Not enough dishwashing liquid for a one night stay and the rug needed a proper vacuum. The photos were of a different apartment which was much more colorful and funkier than the one we stayed in, which was fine, just more standard beige.

Home from home. Attended a wedding at the deep which was a short walk to and from. Enjoyed an evening at the marina which was literally round the corner to lovely bars and restaurants.

Good central location. Smart and comfortable furnishings. Very clean.

Missing the attention to detail. Coffee machine but no pods. Shampoo, but not refilled. Messaged owner but no reply.

I love the property and the location wasn’t too happy when they wanted me to move to a hotel for my last night as they had over booked but we stayed any way and they worked it out . I certainly will re book again

Clean, fresh and fun decor with comfortable beds and sofas. Great location, very short walk to The Deep and loads of really great restaurants and independent shops. Really nice place to be, would recommend Hull and particularly this accommodation for its great location.

Would have liked a cafetiere but that's my only small suggestion for an improvement.

Apartment pictures did not match apartment we were given. Very small apartment. I messaged the host right away about the different apartment and she offered us a different apartment, but it was after 900pm and too late to move apartments. There was no bathroom trash, no bathroom soap, no paper towels, no coffee pods for the coffee machine. I messaged the host right away asking for the items multiple times (as on the messages BEFORE we arrived, they repeated said, "please call us for anything you need", BUT NEVER responding to our requests for the above items and NEVER brought any of the items.

Good place to stay, centrally located. Very clean and had everything you need for a short break. Lovely big bed. Would hope to stay again in the near future.

the location was central to essential amenities

towels were bleach stained, fixtures and fittings were broken, dusty and marked. lack of mirror to bedroom with poor located plugs hindered getting ready.
