Frühstück einmalig, Lage ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden an Bus und Schiff nach Luzern, Parkhaus fußläufig, Parkplätze vor der Tür, gemütliche Zimmer und tolle Gastgeberinnen. Wirklich super !

Nice spacious room with a beautiful view on the lake. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The restaurant is of high quality and we were lucky that it was served in the lovely garden.

A bit of a disappointment with the room. Very low ceiling and the bathroom sink right in the room.
The shower (very small) did not have almost any privacy. Practically we needed to undress and dress in the room.The toilet (very small again) did not have ventilation.
No air condition, needed to have fan running all the time during

Staff is welcoming and friendly. Beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and freshly made. Location is amazing with spectacular views of Lake Lucerne.

cleaning service was below avg, left a broken glass, another used wine glass and a dirty wash rag overnight

Conny the manager she is simply amazing, the best I ever met, very welcoming, fun and helpful.
She makes you feel really at home, even better!! if you are on the way definitely deserves a stop!

The food and customer service was excellent.
The hotel was very charming with lots of attention to detail.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and met all our requests.
The bed was not very comfortable. The mattress was very thin and firm.
We were woken early by the sunlight as we were unable to close the shutters because of the fly screen. Blockout blinds would be a good investment, and a better quality mattress.

Beautiful location, breathtaking view from the room and very welcoming personnel.
The restaurant was closed for dining and the breakfast was a bit limited for vegetarian choices.

Excellent Boutique Hotel with very friendly staff. The owner is always present and supports you in all your needs.
The hotel is Build-in to an old typical house in this area. So don‘t expect a business style room, but you will be positively surprised.
The atmosphere is great. Great breakfast and I guess that the evening dinner is as well a great experience. I missed it due to my bike tour.
