Удобно, что в номере есть кухня (микроволновка и варочная поверхность, холодильник), весь набор посуды для готовки и сервировки. Но, к сожалению, всё это уже изрядно потрепанное. Было удобно по расположению (20 минут до центра Женевы). Есть своя парковка за доп 10 евро в сутки.

На фото все выглядит лучше чем вживую. По факту отель сильно потрепанный, в номерах подоконники разваливаются, в коридорах бутылки валяются. Вроде в номере все чисто, но прикасаться особо ни к чему не хочется. Диван был прожженный и в пятнах.

Je suis venue de Toulouse et j'ai voyagé avec mon conjoint et 2 enfants, après 7h de voyage, nous sommes arrivés à 1h40 du matin et une belle surprise nous attendait. Pas de clé dans le coffre, nous avons appelé à 4 reprises le numéro dédié qui m'a fait ouvrir un autre coffre ou il y avait 2 clés. On m'a faut tester les deux appartements qui bien évidemment ne correspondait pas à ce que j'avais réservé. J'ai du attendre + d'une heure pour que Sécuritas intervienne pour nous ouvrir la porte. Soit les clients sont vraiment méchants et inconscients ou alors ce service n'est pas fiable du tout. La responsable a reçu les rapports de l'incident, pas de retour pas de geste commercial. pour eux c'est pas grave, ils ont été payé. A éviter si vous arrivez après l'heure de l'accueil car le service n'est pas fiable.

La chambre etait tres froide au point ou je devais avoir recous a un chauffage d'appoint. Je n'ai pas pu fermer l'oeil de la nuit tant j'ai eu froid. Impossible de contacter un agent tant il etait tard.

The staff were helpful with invoicing queries. It’s close to the bike lane to Geneva, where we should have stayed! Easy parking.

The building from the exterior tells the tale already on arrival. It looks like it’s ready to be demolished. The rooms we booked, one suite and one studio, were filthy and smelled awful. The carpets were stained and wet, the bed linen had dubious yellow stains and the curtains smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned in many years. There was no AC to help get rid of the odour and the windows open but onto a noisy road. The walls are paper thin too and the toilet was almost coming off of the wall. The shelves in the wardrobe were collapsed and the doors didn’t close. Truly awful but we had no choice as there was a cycling event on and everything had been booked out. The location is close to Geneva but in a not very safe feeling part of Annemasse.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was close to the tram stop.

We had booked other accommodation through booking.com but were unable to access this on arrival and this was the alternative accommodation suggested by booking.com. It was not in our desired area, or a particularly nice area, there were limited amenities in the area. The rooms were compact and had been "well used" and could benefit from some modernisation / redecoration / lick of paint.
