Amazing staff and great location for our journey
No aircon. It was roasting in the room. No fan either.

After requesting a quiet room we received a room further away from the lobby. However, it was on the side of the main road and therefore still causing noise in the room.
- Information regarding free parking needs to be changed. The parking spots of the hotel were full AND the unofficial spots on the streets (parked next to the curb) as well. This really contributes to a negative experience. Hotel does not provide anything useful.
- Noise from the hallway is audible in the room.
- Only one towel while we were with 2 people.
- One firm pillow and one super deflated pillow.

It is near to macdonalds ,fitness studio, couple of minutes from supermarket, and parking is large and inclusive. Breakfast is good and fresh
One of the staff was not helpful and not friendly.
We missed room service for 2 nights (we stayed 2 nights)
3bed room was totally bad and small no place to move just 3 beds and one power connection ,
no small Refrigerator in these warm weather.
High prise in comparison to the poor service

Friendly staff and clean bright rooms with a big shower!
There is no aircon in the room, no fridge in the room either to put some drinks or food cold. The breakfast is way too overpriced, 18€ per person is too much for what it is

For 90% everything is good, the room is good, clean, very big, we could make tea in the room. There is a spa and wellness which is very good. First it was seeking for the sauna and wellness but the staff informed us that it is not in the building but that is okey and they made a permission for us. You need to ask for it, but it is for free access for hotel guests.
What i don't like about this accommodation and i am going to be honest is that the beds were not very comfortable, this resulted we go check out at 2:00 in the night to go back home. The pillow is very worse, it feels like not supporting my head and laying flat on the matress... This resulted i get backpain...
The next reason i don't like quiet area and the german laws was the supermarkets close very early, we were hungry and no shop or restaurant or anything else was open to buy some foods. Unfortunately the staff could not make any foods for us at that moment.
