Breakfast was more than expectation of 3 Start Hotel, and i love it. Location was great just 1 min walk to Train (Uban).

The quality of the Mattress, Pillow & Towels were not good and if they fix those items I would like to repeat my stay in future.

Great location. Love Pempelfort. The breakfast was excellent and the staff so friendly and helpful.

Nothing much to say. But next time will ask for a room at the back. With windows open, it can be a little noisy. With windows closed- no noise.

Service was very kind, also at breakfast where we had some dietary needs. Also we were able to park our car in the hotel's parking space and were aloud to leave it there during the day to visit the Messe after we checked out in the morning.

Eating vegan and no wheat was a bit of a challenge at breakfast, however that is not specifically related to the hotel or their service (it is always difficult) and they accommodated where they could. One thing that might be something to think about is that we were on the top floor and it was particularly hot and stuffy in the room. Also the bathroom did not have ventilation, so you could not really stay in there for long with the door closed. We opened all the windows but then you have full blast city traffic noise. The room was otherwise perfect for us.

Cozy, clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Very affordable stay as well, can only recommend.

The hotel is in a good position, close to the metro, the city centre and the bus stops. The receptionists were very nice and helpful with our payments. Our room was really big and clean. The shower was really nice as well, with many free bath products. Really approved

Maybe a kettle for making tea (even with payment) will be very nice for your customers. Overall everything was great, so don't worry, it's just a small suggestion!!

Friendly and polite staff, all over cleanliness, well equipped rooms, correct mini bar prices, great breakfast what coul be consumed also in a lovely terrace, free and good Wi-Fi.

Parking is difficult due to very tight underground parking place.

Room to the street, it was very noisy... a lot of cars passed by and some people throughout the night.
