We have asked a room in the upper floors... they woman in the check in said they have upgraded our room.. in fact it was the same room as the one we have booked. No upgrade and we stayed in the 6th floor. After Dubai (32nd floor next to Burj Khalifa) this hotel was not a value for money offer. Also compared to check in in Dubai the person in the reception did not see and said anything about my birthday 2 days ago. Obviously they didn't have to check it, but I was so positively surprised when in Dubai they offered us a real upgrade and coupons for free meal in the hotel due to my birthday. As a result, it was a nice clean hotel but very basic.

Hotel has a good location, property is very nice with many different outlets and beautiful pool area. Team is very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Aniket at breakfast for super service and guest relation team for support. Great thanks for the welcome birthday cake. Overall me and my friend enjoyed stay a lot!❤️❤️❤️

The breakfast is great regarding taste and varieties. The Delux room was nicely furnished (except for the TV) and with nice view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really luxurious and beautiful.

The TV is inappropriately outdated and doesn't work well regarding the screen quality and the entertaining options. A five star hotel should put a modern TV devices (like I found in other 5 star hotels I stayed in before both in Abu Dhabi and Dubai). It is a shame to just keep on 10 year old LCD LG screen in such luxurious room with very bad screen quality and moreover not working properly with a dark line of discoloration presists across the screen (like being broken) with no modrtn facilities of Netflix streaming or Youtube casting that should be built in the TV screen as nowadays. It is something that will make the stay really wonderful and suits the hotel star rate and price tag. Also room lighting needs imopovement as it is dim. There should be USB-C ports in the room not only USB-A. Many small outdated details need to be improved. The Shower taps are wrongly labelled where the Blue-labelled one is the hot water (not the cold as is supposed to be) and the red-labelled one is the cold. It is even not matching the written instructions by the hotel itself saying turn the blue for the cold water (which is not) and the red one for the hot water. Also there was no tooth brush and paste in the bathroom toiletry till I asked for them.

Nice room, great view and friendly staff

We paid the normal price, however we discovered once we checked in that the gym and pool would NOT be available due to construction. We were told we could use the gym at another nearby hotel. (A few minutes walk in 40 degree heat and the other hotel had a very disappointing gym compared to the photos I was shown when I booked) We had plans that involved the pool with our friends, it was the main reason for staying. Also, I require a gym daily. Why did we pay the same amount when most of the features were not available to us? I would have switched hotels but due to my schedule (I'm an entertainer) I did not have time. So we were stuck with the hotel and had to cancel our plans.

Very rude staff specially at the breakfast area. I felt very disrespected by lady standing in front of the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay it doesn’t worth the money you pay. It shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel.
