Hotel più business che leisure ma certamente di alta qualità. Sobrio e fastoso insieme. Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff al top, concierge, butler, addetti alla colazione... tutto come vorresti che fosse. Qualità della colazione eccellente, forse anche perché era sabato ed era una specie di brunch. Avevamo una camera ai piani alti e la vista lato oceano è mozzafiato. Insomma: struttura, staff, location, vista e colazione. Tutto perfetto.

Staff and service have exceeded any potential expectations. The level of attention is beyond what I have ever experienced. The hotel is gorgeous, the interior is a miracle. The beach is beautiful and it is extremely comfortable, you have service of great food and drinks with the click of a button and within a minute. The 'underground' to the beach is full marble with amazing smell and it is a pleasure to walk. This is a big advantage vs other similar 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi and we looked into quite a few ones. The butler service is phenomenal, and everyone is extremely kind, and genuinely kind. You get some gift surprise almost every day, a fruit plate, a chocolate plate... All foods have been exceptional. Location is perfect. Really, hard to describe, it's been so spectacular, we can't wait to return, we definitely have been convinced. Thank you St Regis for the unforgettable week

The staff are amazing. From the room upgrade at check in ,by Mustafa to the super efficient butler service and the ever helpful staff at the Beach Club. Robbie , the reception team and concierge need special mention for their transport assistance which helped us reach the airport on time for our flight,on National UAE day when most roads were closed .

The ladies only jacuzzi was only accessible at the spa if you booked a treatment.

Relax, swimming pool at the beach and swim in Persian golf.

The rooms, staff, amenities were just excellent.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the GYM. The gym is small, old exercise equipment, and not much varieties of equipment. A five-star hotel is expected to have a better gym with higher class equipment and verities in the equipment.

- Service was excellent, check in/ check out was super fast, friendly and welcoming. - I was offered a late check out without even asking for it -The butler service was excellent, very fast and responsive.. they offered us complementary coffee/ tea, luggage unpacking and even iron pressing for 2 items per day for free.. this was a first for me. - ability to self park your car in the basement was great and convenient for me. -The place/ room where great and quite luxurious, especially the hotel lobby and the bathroom. - everything I asked for in my booking notes was considered. I asked for a high floor non-smoking quite room and I was given that. - wife was happy about having a "makeup" table.

- the main bathroom door doesn't lock. - room lighting options where limited. - the mall connected to the hotel is very limited. It has some of the essentials like a pharmacy, an organic greocy store and few high end coffee shops and a Cinema.. this is not a negative thing but something to keep in mind.
