オペラ座をまじかに見られる部屋の素晴らしさ。朝食の贅沢な品ぞろいに大満足。

難を言えば、私がチェックアウトするのと入れ違いに、中国の団体がチェックインしていたが、このホテルらしからぬ彼らの装いや言動が場違いに思われた。もし、宿泊日が重なって、レストランやバーなどで同席したら、あまり良い印象を受けなかったと思う。客層は選ばれるべきです。

Die Zimmer auf der 5. Etage haben keinen Ausblick und sind dunkel. Eine Blechbrüstung versperrt den Blick. Wir werden kein Zimmer in der 5. Etage mehr buchen. Die Bilder dieses Zimmers waren "geschönt".

Frühstück war perfekt!

Absolutely fabulous time. The staff were all so happy, smiling and gracious. All were ever wishing to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was glorious in that art deco sense, so you need to want that. If you're into minimalism, then go somewhere else. It gave us a sense of that timeless courtesy and style that comes with a hotel that has class.

The location was outstanding, smack in the middle of the city where all the attractions are But that is not the best attribute of Hotel Bristol. The staff, esp the concierge, were outstandingly helpful and effective. The Concierge got me awesome tickets ti Giselle at the last minute as well was reservations at a Michelin starred restaurant. Bravo

Bed was a little soft

Das Personal des Hotel Bristols ist exzellent. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Concierge Service, der außergewöhnlich gut ist.

Old world style understated luxury. We have been going to this hotel for half a century and it hasn’t changed. Some will find it needs modernization but we love it the way it is! The restaurant serves typical Austrian fare and is stylish with tables far apart! Prices very fair. Excellent as well for breakfast and afternoon tea.

Great location, beautiful hotel, lovely suite

Breakfast service was a shambles, wait staff simply did not come, we had to go into the back to get the menus ourselves after asking several times. Still nobody came to take order, after finally stopping someone and ordering a simple single egg, it never arrived. 20 minutes later, flagged someone else down and they brought the wrong thing, then became arrogant and obnoxious when confronted about that (this is the breakfast manager Martin). Their solution was to just say they'll take it off the bill... which isn't a solution because we still didn't get breakfast. But they didn't care, they just wanted to get rid of us rather than try to fix the problem. Also, the £75 Mercedes transfer from the airport wasn't there when we landed, we had to ring the hotel, who rang the driver, who eventually turned up 15 minutes later where we were waiting in the cold for him. Said he "made a mistake". But we had to argue to get this taken off the bill. Also had a very pushy reception staff member call us in the room insisting on us coming down to give card details after we'd charged the bar tab to the room, because they forgot to take card details for extras when we checked in. Wouldn't let us do it later, wanted it immediately. Some seriously bad service for a five star hotel. I don't know why I'm bothering writing a review because they won't care.

Everything! Wonderful old world elegance! Many exceptional touches, fab espresso machines in room - staff is the best. Don’t stay anywhere else. Wonderful restaurant ( dine fireside!) or just have high tea. Great cozy bar. Across street from opera. Location wonderful

Der Empfang ,Parkplatzservice,sowie die Rezeption waren tadellos ebenso können wir nur Positives zum Room- Service ,Restaurant und vor allen Dingen zum Bar Personal sagen .Hier möchten wir unseren besonderen Gruß an Herrn Wasserl aussprechen ,der uns wieder einmal mit ausgezeichneten Cocktails verwöhnt hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf die Oper .

Topp Frühstück aber auch 70 Euro für 2 Personen

An amount was blocked on my card each night at around 1-2 AM for what we spent during the day at the restaurant or for the parking. I never encoumtered this in any other hotel and I don’t think it’s appropriate for the hotel to just block certain amounts of money without my permission. These transactions in the middle of the night were also considered suspicious by my bank who wanted to block the card.

Bar

Only the location and the look of the hotel. The service was the worst of any 5 star hotel or even 3 star hotel I have stayed in. I had to call 3 times over 2 hours to get room service. The internet took 24 hours to work because the cable wires on the rotor were frayed. The room was cold when we arrived at 6 pm and did not warm up to a normal temp for 6 hours and we needed them to bring in a portable heater to help the situation. The staff communication with each other seems to be an enormous problem. I had to ask for our room to be cleaned numerous times one day and customer service kept telling me someone was coming to do it but they never did.

Das Zimmer war unter aller Kritik und nicht das, was ich gebucht hatte. Es war ein Small historical Zimmer mit nur einem Waschbecken, in der Abbildung bei der Buchung waren es zwei. Der Ausblick war unter aller Kritik, gerne schicke ich Ihnen noch Fotos. Angeblich konnte ich kein anderes Zimmer haben, da ausgebucht. Ich hatte ein Klassik Zimmer gebucht und für 400 €. Am Tag ist es eine runterverschämtheit für mich alleine. Das ganze hat auch Konsequenzen. Ich werde kein Booking Com mehr buchen. Man sagte mir auch die schöneren Zimmer kriegt man bei privaten Buchungen

Und es stank in dem Zimmer, widerlich nach Staub, nach Muff und sogar Schimmelug und in meiner Kleidung rieche ich es hier noch zu Hause!!! Dann gab es in dem Zimmer zwei Telefone, eins war wohl gar nicht weggeräumt. Im Bad waren zwei Haehne ab.
