Great beach

The property is older does not compare to all the other hotels in the area. Very small lobby. Food was good at best and not excellent and there wasn’t much variety.

All inclusive package deal was only thing I liked.

Cheaters!! The desks across from front desk would tell you $400.00 US dollar hotel credit that you can use it towards activities, restaurants, spa etc. Once you trust and think you don’t have to pay then receive services, yes!! It is in your tab as room charge and if you don’t pay for it they won’t let you go. That is what happened to our family today. We had a flight to catch at 8:30 am so we were checking out at 5:40ish am. There was no one but one guy at the front desk and he said we had to pay almost $200.00 US dollar for the spa service that my sis in-law used so I explained the credit that was given to us as welcome package then he said he had nothing to do with it because front desk and the desks across from the front desk are not working together in the hotel (does this make sense?? Wearing same uniform and back and forth communication) Since it was early in the morning there was nobody in higher position I could address this issue so I had to give him my credit card and walked away. They are helpless and good at taking customers money although we spent almost $10000.00 US dollars for this trip. So filthy and greedy…

loved this hotel. rooms spacious. hotel staff fantastic. food great. beach out of this world.

gym a little small. we had a terrible service with their transport from the hotel, I would not recommend that. there could be more elevators or at least a possibility to use stairs. in high season we had to wait quite some time to get into the restaurant we wanted.
