Personale, tutti indistintamente, estremamente cordiali ed attenti a soddisfare e talora anticipare normali esigenze cliente sia in termini di accoglienza che flessibilità: qualità raramente riscontrabili in hotel 4* e solo occasionalmente in 5*, probabilmente indotte dalla gestione familiare. Camere pulite, confortevoli, insonorizzate, ove tutto funziona. Colazione buffet gradevole con scelta sufficientemente ampia. Garage (extra) con postazione wallbox per veicoli elettrici/ricaricabili (BEV/PHEV). Fuori ZTL a 15' piedi sia centro storico che Palazzo Te.
Le stanze mansardate come la nostra per essere raggiunte richiedevano una rampa di scale dopo i piani in ascensore. Per noi camminatori non è stato un problema ma l'abbiamo scoperto solo al nostro arrivo.

modernes Hotel, Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Wir fanden die Betten sehr gut. WLAN kostenlos und gut. Frühstück umfangreich und lecker. Klimaanlage
Das Hotel hat Zimmer zur Straße und nach hinten. Unser Zimmer zum ruhigen Fußgängerweg war ruhig. Zu den Zimmern zur Straße kann ich nichts sagen.
Parkplatz ist in einer Garage gleich hinter dem Hotel und mehrfach gesichert. Preis von 15€/Nacht voll gerechtfertigt. Zufahrt vielleicht etwas eng (rangieren erforderlich).
Ca. 15 Min zu Fuss zum Palazzo Te bzw. Ducale (Altstadt). Man braucht kein Auto für diese wunderschöne Stadt.
Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die Klimaanlage ist schon laut und man kann das Gebläse nicht separat regeln.

Casa Poli is a great hotel with a very good location. Amazing breakfast, clean rooms and friendly stuff. I chose a single room with a single bed which was a bit small, but overall great stay.
The size of the single bed room was a bit too small for my taste. Also a small bathroom. But, for a short stay considering the services, nice stuff, great breakfast and cleanness, it was neglidgable.

The hotel is located near the Old Town.
Silent air conditioning, minimalist furniture, good breakfast, friendly staff, parking in the inner courtyard.
The bathroom cannot accommodate more than 2*.
There is no shower cabin but only a shower on the floor with a curtain under which water flows throughout the bathroom.
The sink, although large, does not have an edge on which you can put the kit with personal items.
The mirror is narrow, placed between the half of the sink and the shower curtain. If you stand in front of the sink, you don't have a mirror to use.
The price of 174 euros per night for a comfort room is inappropriate, plus 15 euros per day parking in the inner courtyard.

Feels like a family run hotel - the staff are welcoming and friendly. We are driving around Italy in our own car and they couldn’t have been more helpful. private car park (€15 per day) and excellent breakfast. very modern interior design behind old facade.
It’s a 10 minute walk into the old town.

Hotel Casa Poli is in a great location, no more than a 15 mins walk from the centre of Mantua and also the Palazzo Te. Very welcoming staff, made good dinner recommendations. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel spotlessly clean.

lovely clean and modern hotel… helpful staff.. quite close to the city… parking in street until 8 am .. we managed to get a park…then it’s up to each individual to find a park … lovely breakfast

The hotel was in the historical centre and most of the touristic spots were within walking distance. There were extra pillows in the room and the breakfast was decently varied for the price.
Acoustic isolation was non-existent. I could hear the person in the next door snoring and all the noise in the street, which wasn't exactly quiet, too. I'm not a light sleeper, so it didn't matter much, but in the last night there, there was no hot water in the shower, and nobody on night shift to solve the problem, so I had to take a cold shower.
