We could not walk up the four flights easily and had to cancel 3 out of four nights and relocate.

Ótimo atendimento. Funcionários atenciosos, fui auxiliada para descer as escadas com a bagagem no checkout. Reservei o quarto menor só para 1 pessoa para 3 dias, porém fui surpreendida com um check in adiantado ( cheguei cedo mesmo sabendo que talvez não conseguiria entrar ainda), em um quarto maior e com uma cama enorme de casal!! Tudo limpinho e cheiroso, mantido por eles com uma limpeza diária. Roupa de cama e banho disponíveis (tinha bastante toalha, aliás). Fácil acesso ao portão do hotel e ao quarto, fiquei com chaves e código para entrar quando quisesse, além do número de telefone caso precisasse. A vista do terraço é realmente maravilhosa, com direito ao espetacular pôr do sol! Com mesinhas para você ficar à vontade por lá. Perto de tudo, mercados, restaurantes, lojinhas e pontos turísticos. Amei!
Muita escada para subir, visto que fica no 3 andar. Mas estava com uma mala pequena e mochila, então deu tudo certo.

Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel und in einer super Lage. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und unterstützt einen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und die Dachterrasse ist einfach ein Traum! Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten aber sehr sauber! Zu empfehlen!

Thank you Mario for the best experience, your genuine approach left a lovely memory for us🙏🏻central location of the hotel, 5 min.walking to Duomo, easy access towards all the other touristic places. Clean and decent hotel. The view of the rooftop,on the terrace so romantic, perfect to admire Florence from the top, or to enjoy a cup of coffee . Will definitely comeback 😍

Great location, air conned room, cheap mini fridge, friendly and helpful staff, rooftop terrace with views of city, powerful shower.
Everything was great, however the air con unit was noisy (but we still slept fine as I wear ear plugs to sleep and partner is a heavy sleeper). There are lots of steps to get into the hotel (the staff did kindly carry our luggage up).

friendly staff who go above and beyond for you! we had a few heavier suitcases and the gentleman at reception brought them up 4 flights of stairs for us. room service is great and the room is spacious.

There are several advantages of this hotel. The staff is brilliant. And the overview from terras is really exciting. In addition, the hotel is close to the main attractions and it is located in a very atmospheric old building. I recommend this hotel to active travelers.
Going up without an elevator can be a challenge. But the staff helps with the luggage. The bathroom needs updating.
