Modern and sleek design. Amazing lobby and swimming pool. Nice and friendly staff.

Not the best location for sightseeing. Some glitches on the maintenance in the room: a rusty tap, wardrobe door not working well. Nothing too serious if it was not a five stars hotel.

Very beautiful hotel.

Staff was shockingly (!) unfriendly and even rude - especially at the pool area. For a 5 star hotel, staff needs to learn a lot. We were answered several times in a shockingly rude tone when asking to order food (in a very normal way) or picking up our bags (they did tell us “not here.” But also did not share any info with us where to go to. We would not come back as service in simple backpacking hostels are better than here!

Sehr stylisches und exklusives Hotel. Zimmer ausreichend groß für 3 Leute. Sehr schöner Außenpoolbereich, Pool allerdings nur gut 1m tief, eher zum Relaxen geeignet. Sehr gutes Fitnesscenter. Sehr umfangreiches und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Angebotspreis von 50€ für 2 Personen wenn man für jeden Tag beim check-in bucht. Wir haben dies gewählt und nicht bereut. Ausgezeichnete, große und helle Tiefgarage für 35€ am Tag. Normalpreis für BCN. Schönes Dachrestaurant und Bar mit Blick über BCN. Preise entsprechend. Lage am Rande des Zentrums. Für uns aber genau richtig. Wer es mehr touritisch mag, sollte näher am Zentrum buchen. Wir waren zwar mit dem Auto unterwegs aber U-Bahn & Tram sind gleich in der Nähe. Genauso Geschäfte (l'illa, el corte ingles) & Restaurants.

Wenn es voll ist, ist das Aufzugssystem manchmal etwas überfordert. Aber das ist bei allen Hotels ähnlich. Aufzug funktioniert nur nach vorselektierten Stockwerken (es gibt keine Stockwerkauswahl im Inneren). Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftiges System mit dem nicht alle klar gekommen sind. Wir kannten das bereits und war ok für uns.

Almost every day there were one or two problems with the room that required contacting the front desk. This included failure to replace the coffee pods and complimentary bottles of water. However, staff was always responsive When we called the front desk. Also, The elevators were erratic; sometimes we had to wait a long time for one to come.

Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, tudo muito limpo e arejado, decoração moderna, roupas de cama de alto padrão. Localização excelente e funcionários atenciosos.

No horário do check in o apartamento ainda não estava pronto. Mas foi rapidamente solucionado.

Great location, beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff. The wellness and spa in the hotel is very nice too.

The light sensors jn the room are very sensitive. Light blankets should be provided for summer. Also the minibar should be free for the room's price.

Ottima la posizione tra l’aeroporto e la città, staff molto molto gentile, però non tutti parlano inglese. Piscina esterna immersa in un’oasi con piccolo bar a servizio dei clienti. Belle le camere, letto comodo, ottimo sistema di condizionamento. Aree comuni molto pulite e curatissime.

Ho trovato in bagno dietro la porta una bottiglia mezza vuota che mi ha fatto pensare a una scarsa pulizia da parte del personale. L’acqua del lavandino non scendeva bene e c’era un capello sul piano del lavello. Tutto il resto era molto pulito.

It was very busy so a bit crowded

Une chambre propre, calme et spacieuse avec une vue sur l'université. La chambre était pour trois personnes et le lit d'appoint était aussi confortable que le lit deux places. Le quartier est facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport, plutôt bien desservi de manière générale. Les quelques cafés autour permettent de démarrer la journée tranquillement.

Le petit bémol étant l'éclairage automatique via des capteurs de mouvement ; étant trois dans la même chambre, il suffisait qu'une personne se lève la nuit pour réveiller les deux autres..

Le design de la chambre, la douche, l'éclairage. Très bon petit déjeuner. Excellent restaurant au 19 ème.

Lors du petit déjeuner les oiseaux étaient nombreux à manger les restes qui n'étaient pas rapidement débarrasés. Le service au petit café/restaurant du premier étage était mal organisé, les serveurs ne semblaient pas attribués à des tables et le temps d'attente était très long.

Location is perfect to stadium and museum

Reception Staff was rude. They provide just 1 small bottle of 250ml per day for stay even if you’re 2 persons in room.

The staff was very welcoming and overall the hotel is stunning. My bedroom was very large and had great amenities. The pool is really nice too and I highly recommend visiting the spa as well. Another great thing is the department store and the shopping center nearby. There is also a metro station a couple of minutes away as well as the tramway and buses. It's very easy to get a cab unlike in the center as there's a taxi lane next to the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel, our room, the location and the amenities! I highly recommend this hotel! The rooftop restaurant, Maymanta is one of the best restaurants we’ve been to.

staff was slow when we requested some of the amenities (e.g. toothbrush, towels etc.) location was also not too central (30 mins by train to central hotspots)

La habitación era de un tamaño muy amplio, muy limpia y cómoda para poder descansar con garantías. Los baños están muy bien surtidos de amenities y zona de ducha muy grande y bien adaptada para todas las edades. La zona de piscina es muy moderna y con buenas instalaciones.

Sería de agradecer poder disfrutar de ofertas para desayunar en el hotel. Hubo que esperar bastante para utilizar el ascensor. No hay aspectos negativos a destacar durante nuestra estancia.

A beautiful 5* hotel and service Great room with a confortable large bed Nice spa facilities (clean, spacious, not crowded) Delicious high quality breakfast Convenient parking (although costs 35€ per day) The hotel is not in the city centre but still in a good neighbourhood easily accessible

I removed one point because there was no bottle of water in the room the first day and they didn’t bring any even though we asked the reception for it…

Huge problem with the elevators. We were waiting for 20 min waiting our turn. The waiters in the restaurant are very slow and unfriendly. There is always long queue to the reception. The rooms are tiny and dark.
