Příjemný personál, čisto. V hotelu se dá večer posedět v baru, zavírá o půlnoci. Dobré snídaně, velmi slušný výběr. Personál u snídaní velmi ochotný.

Uvítali bychom lepší možnost větrání v pokoji. Pokoj ve vyšším patře měl jen ventilačku, která se neustále zavírala.

Per i clienti The Level, la disponibilità sempre di posti a sedere nella Lounge sia alla colazione che all’aperitivo. Ristorante sempre facilmente accessibile. Servizio di richiesta taxi sempre facilmente accessibile. Junior suite grande e pulita con bagno comodo.

Posizione lontana dal centro. Arredi datati sia nelle camere che nella SPA. Junior suite per 4 con armadio piccolissimo e divano letto molto scomodo, rumori dalle strade esterne, infissi vecchi e non isolanti. Per i clienti The Level il prezzo è decisamente alto rispetto alla struttura, ai servizi e alla qualità media e alla varietà del cibo che trovi invece nei normali 3 e 4 stelle. Scopri solo durante il soggiorno che la SPA è piccola e quindi il servizio è fruibile solo su prenotazione, soggetto a disponibilità, per massimo un’ora e non sono graditi i bambini (non è scritto nè sul sito nè altrove).

The staff is super friendly and helpful ! This compensated for a less positive experience with the room.

WIFi in the room was hardly working, signal too weak so at least 50% of the time there was no WIFI. The armatures in the bathroom were outdated, the rain shower could not ne made to work as the knob was stuck. Several cracks in cover of toilet/Bidet.
