Toilet wasn’t clean enough there was a lot of hair near to the sink and in the path tube, seems like someone shaving and not clean well the toilet after that

Lovely hotel the staff are all so lovely and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and a fabulous location for the shops and restaurants. One of the only hotels I have slept well in, the bed was so heavenly and it was quiet despite being in the middle of London so I slept well. Lovely drinks in the bar, had mocktails which was one of the nicest ones I have had, and the bar is really pretty.

Breakfast was lovely, we ordered it to the room for a relaxing morning. The card went missing so the breakfast was 30 minutes late as I had to call and ask where it was but I didn’t mind as we weren’t in a rush. Only complaint is that it was a bit pricey for what it was but still nice.

The room is very comfortable, the air conditioning unit needs servicing I think but generally this is a really lovely small hotel breakfast is good the room is comfortable and the shower wonderful (the key important things).

The area is a nightmare in summer. As a tourist you will probably enjoy being on Harrod's doorstep (literally) however, travelling for work, this is not a good hotel option.

It is amazing classic style with 2 minutes far from the Harrods on Basil street. Many thanks for all staff for their hospitality and cooperation (specially Ms. Marina the receptionist).
