Big rooms and very well priced. Location a short taxi ride from the centre, or a medium walk if you're not in bad shape.

Bed was very firm, with only queen size quilt and mattress topper over a king size mattress. Pillows very thin, led to a less than comfy sleep.

Parcheggio privato gratuito, staff molto accogliente. Ok per una notte di passaggio.

Easy parking and lovely welcome from the reception staff. Room was spacious and clean.

Room and bathroom was awful. No telephone to contact reception, double sized bed head with king size mattress up against the wall at one side. Bearing in mind we were two OAPs the location of the bed made things difficult. There was a horrible musty smell in the room and bathroom. The light switch to the bathroom was very dirty and there were no handtowels in the bathroom. All in all, for the price we paid, the room was extremely basic and it did not feel particularly clean, it all just felt very tired and in dire need of a refurbishment. With regard to location, the busy roads outside were quite noisy.

We had a random person shouting and going through the corridor at 1am. I assume there are no night staff or security staff it was extremely unpleasant and off putting.

Very poor needs lots of investment to bring it up to an acceptable level. Overpriced for the condition of the hotel

Everything even the toilet seat was split that caused injury to the back of my buttock. Staff were uninterested when this was reported ! I left half way through my four night stay couldn’t wait to get home

Booked a double room-really spacious. The building is old and a little outdated but the room is alright l, with basic facilities you need. Overall it’s good value for money.

The window can’t be closed hence sound proofing is bad.

The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. They are a real credit to the hotel.

The room was small for the £170 fee and not up to the standard I feel was acceptable for this standard of hotel. The bath fixings were falling apart and flaking paint on the walls. My room was close to reception and I could hear the music from a party going on. Breakfast is not served until 8am which is too late for me. The staff did do out of their way to provide me breakfast and coffee early. The offer a full vegan breakfast but were unable to locate the sausages. Breakfast was therefore beans mushrooms a tomato and hash browns.

breakfast choices ran low, no coffee as well whilst i was sat having my breakfast. staff behind reception on checkout had no clue, busy talking amongst themselves about their work etc, only the foreign employees. cold tap in bathroom only had two settings,off or full on. im 6ft and shower head was less than my height so i had to bow down to get wet

We have stayed here a couple of times now whilst working in Bristol and have enjoyed our stay, facilities are good and staff are very helpful.

The roof in the courtyard where they serve breakfast needs fixing as when i rained the water was dripping in quite bad and buckets had to be put out.

Great looking building, reception and bar areas are decorated well Bedroom was bigger than expected with a comfy bed. Didn't really hear any noise. Can walk into the city centre in around 30 mins or reasonably price for an Uber. Staff are very friendly.

The roof of the conservatory had loads of used small metal canisters on it that look like they'd been there a while. The spaces in the carpark are very tight.
