Good location

Cleanliness in room could have been better in bathroom

We waren voor de 3e keer in dit hotel omdat we familie in de buurt bezoeken. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Er is airco wat fijn is in de zomer. De ligging is perfect dicht bij het OV. De bedden zijn prima. Bij ontbijt heb je ruime keus. In het weekend is het er druk maar door de week niet.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Close to shopping centre and to transport. Beautiful park right outside.

The hotel was in a good location and access was within walking distance of where we wanted to be. Dinner was average, but quite expensive and the bar didn't have any draft beers. Breakfast was excellent.

Evening meal could have been better for the price paid. the bar was short of a pint of beer on draught.. Small things really.

Location was ideal for the Chelsea Flower Show. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was excellent.

The price was exorbitant - not sure if they were adjusted for Chelsea? I was expecting a proper restaurant for this money - the food was OK but was expecting more tbh.

The location near the Battersea power station is perfect Also it is clean and comfortable

La télévision n'était pas Smart tv, la salle de sport pas assez spacieuse et le manque de fer à repasser

Location and room layout were great!

Great location

Arrived at the property with a group of musicians. Called the day before arrival to ask for an early check in where possible. Waited for 3-4 hours for all rooms. Some of the musicians exhausted from travelling fell asleep in the lounge only to be told by unsympathetic staff you cannot fall asleep here! I sat and watched others that arrived early checking in and when I questioned this I was told it was a different type of room. We would have gladly downgraded our rooms to get an early check in but this was not offered. The group are from America and the Hotel did not do anywhere near enough to try to accommodate the guests and to compound that by insisting that they don’t fall asleep whilst waiting was appalling. I really don’t like to make things about race but I can’t help but feel that if we looked different the experience would have been different. Multiple white guests checked in early without issue whilst we were treated like dogs. Despite the great location I would not book to return here. A Grammy award winning singer with 1m followers treated very disrespectfully. A poor reflection of the hotel and a bad experience for all 7 guests. Yes we arrived at the hotel several hours early and yes under the circumstances it’s at the discretion of the hotel. However having sat diligently and patiently waiting and waited others who had not waited half of the time sail through and check in early there was no excuse for this.

Het hotel was goedverzorgd. Onze kamers waren ruim met grote fijne bedden. Onze zoon heeft zich vermaakt in het zwembad.

Vooraf hadden we gevraagd om twee kamers dichtbij elkaar. Ook bij de accommodatie nogmaals dezelfde vraag. Het antwoord was dat de kamers dichtbij elkaar lagen maar dit was niet het geval. De kamers lagen 8 kamers van elkaar af. Met als gevolg dat we de kinderen niet alleen wilden laten slapen. We vinden het erg jammer dat hier geen rekening mee gehouden is. Ook na het invullen van de vragenlijst van het hotel niks over deze klacht gehoord. Personeel vonden we erg mat en onvriendelijk.

Location was great and the room was very nice and good size too, TV was massive.

The whole place felt very ‘high end’ with superb service, decor and food

On the day we stayed the pool was incredibly cold which made it not very pleasant to swim in. The sauna was also out of order.

It was -1c outside. Booked a suite and the room was freezing, asked technician to fix the AC for warm air, as only cold air was blowing, but no help from him or reception. Draught coming in from closed windows in the lounge area, subsequently confined to bed just to stay warm.

The bed is amazing and it’s is clearly well managed because the staff and extremely friendly and motivated

I was very pleased with my room, the view outside my window, the location was perfect because I had a function in walking distance of the hotel and of course the shopping mall right in the back of my hotel, what more a lady can ask for.

But on the other hand, the other morning we went to breakfast and to our Suprise, we found out that, only one person was allowed to eat, that was the only thing, I did not like with the hotel that we stayed at.

Very clean , and modern

We were visiting London to attend an event within Battersea Park and the hotel was exceptionally well situated. Check in was quick and painless and the room was surface clean. The lift service to the rooms was exceptionally speedy for such a busy hotel.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and we both had poor nights sleep because of this. There was also rust on the taps and plugs in the bathroom which was unsightly.
