The breakfast was good. There were many options and food quality was enjoyable.

We requested for late check-in, at midnight, by calling in advance. There was a system issue and we were told that we cannot be checked-in. No time estimate or back-up plan was provided. No apologies offered. We were stressed while waiting with a young kid past midnight, unsure whether we will get the room and no other option. Luckily the system issue got resolved and we got the room a little late.

Breakfast to go could be better, the breakfast was good but too complicated to eat on the go, it should be made a bit simpler.

Nothing to eat at the hotel during Christmas holiday if you are Vegiterian! The restaurant was closed during Christmas, which is understandable, but to only have two types of pre-made sandwiches on offer at the reception - neither of which were vegetarian - is unacceptable.

Very good breafast, and so much to choose from. The staff was very nice, they cleaned, vashed and it never got emty for any food. Nice room with good beds. The location for this hotel was exellent.

Breakfast was very good and the location was very good.

The bed was not good because it was a double bed with with two beds and there was always a gap between the beds.
