For such a roomy, big bathroom the shower was tiny and pokey. Only a few provisions of tea and milk were provided (enough for two cups).

The location, tram stop in front was very handy. Close to Chinatown and MCG. The view is amazing.

The bed was a lot smaller than the one in the studio apartments and not very comfortable.

Hair dryer not functioning. Knocking sounds late at night, every night. light switches wasnt working when we arrive and we had to hang back for it to fixed. (Althot i comment the electrician for resolving it! the reception should have switched us to another room.

Spacious (considering that it is an inner city location) 1-bedroom apartment with street views. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with good hot water pressure in shower. Free wifi within the apartment was reliable. Minimal noise from outside.

Carpet was a bit worn

It’s easy to use public transport. Staff are very helpful and courteous. It’s very clean and well maintained.

The surrounding area doesn’t seem to have many good cafes or good convenience stores, although this varies as businesses come and go.

The location is excellent. This is the second time I've stayed here, and both times the staff have been incredibly lovely. The room (being an apartment) was huge and had a full-sized kitchen, with floor to ceiling windows all around. It would be a very comfortable room to spend an extended stay in. There is a public carpark conveniently located below the hotel.

On this occasion, although most surfaces seemed okay, the couch was covered in crumbs and clearly hadn't been vacuumed.

Easy access to eateries, supermarkets and malls, and right in front of tram station. A little wear and tear but overall comfy! Bed is on the soft side but still comfortable. Friendly receptionists and spacious lobby.

*Not complaining but factual* Bathroom shower head is fixed. Bathroom floors could be cleaner, felt slimy. Hairdryer is just too noisy. No direct USB charger Construction in next building starts as early as 7ish but not a deal breaker

Terrific location, right in the middle of the free tram zone and a tram stop right outside. Very easy to get around from here. Excellent service, well organised, good communication all the way. Lots of shopping and eating all around it, felt very safe outside on the street.

The rooms are tired. Having said that the beds were very comfortable, it had a full kitchen (dishwasher, stove!) and was well kept. Decor just getting on in years. Bathroom modern enough, but basin outside shower/toilet room, unusual layout.

The location was great, walked to AO, Museum, Myers, Dj’s Caught free tram to Southcross station to catch Sky Bus to the airport.

Curtains were dusty but ti their credit they had them washed in a day! I am alergic to dust!

Location was convenient for the Australian Open. 20 mins walk. Room and beds werer comfortable and clean.

Location ideal with Tram service practically at the door, the room and laundry facilities ideal and I slept well in a very comfortable bed.
