A nice surprise in Torres Novas, this hotel was very comfortable, the staff was very kind in the check-in, and the location could not have been better. Overall very happy with the stay and the value for money is high!

The location is good but due to that you can hear a lot of noise from outside. Good value for its cost.

No safe in room. Parking on facility can be hard when getting in at night as you need to use public parking.

Excellent TV with endless Netflix, bath with jet stream. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Room was quite cold and heating slow and water in the shower wasn't very hot. Slightly damp smelling room.

It was a very clean and tidy place and the breakfast was great. We were welcomed with a water bottle, the toilet is well equipped and the view from the balcony, looking directly at the castle, was incredible.

Nice hotel in a nice location in the centre of the city. Breakfast leaves room for improvements but the room was nice and spacious and clean. Overall really enjoyed the hotel.

Hotel looks better than the pictures, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and room was extremely clean. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, a nice extra. Would stay again, excellent value for the money!
The curtains did not provide a complete blackout in one of the ends which makes it quite difficult for me to sleep after a certain hour, but other than that the room was really impeccable.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city in the Praca 5 de Outobro. Close to all amenities within the small town. A couple of restaurants and bars close by
The AC didn't work in the main sitting area but thankfully worked in the bedroom - it was super hot the days we stayed!

Breakfast was a great selection. Dinner was fabulous! The location was pretty and quite central to bars restaurants and even a castle.
No iron in rooms, difficult to get hold of one. The one day I requested cleaning all my plates and glasses were left in the so didn't bother requesting cleaning again.

Really nice hotel right in the town centre. Very nice room, comfortable bed, and even a spa bath! Great view of the castle and square from the balcony.
Amazing breakfast, plenty of everything.
