Units can do with some updates

The room was clean and tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for what we were doing that night.

The road noise and it would have been nice to have had some milk in the fridge and a dish cloth and a tea towel

The beds were comfortable. Location very close to business meetings.

The room was run down and needed a good deep clean. There were no towel rails and on our second day no fresh towels were provided, so we had wet towels. The sliding door was a bugger to lock and getting the manager to fix it was troublesome. The wardrobe had no rail. It was not a pleasant stay.

The smell in the room smelt like a wet dog 🤮🤢 There was no wifi Other wise it served our purpose U guys may wanna wash the carpets ! Thank you Rayland Epsom Motel

Was not happy with 1st room she showed us. No seats inside or outside of room we were offered. Powdered milk in a packet for our coffee.

Fights from tenants in between both lots of motel rooms. Staff didn't know any answers to questions I asked about room we got. Liked NOTHING about our 1st 2 room choices.

Not far drive to the city. The lady at reception was nice.

Very very run down, the place needs a complete revamp. Outside there was rubbish everywhere and shopping trolleys. The photos displayed looked nothing like what we got. Floor is rotting at bottom of shower, holes in the walls, cracked bathroom sink. Stains on the sheets, beds were uncomfortable.

The location was good

The accomodation looked nothing like the pictures provided. It was rundown and very tired. My room had a door to another room attached and I could everything the other guest was doing/saying. Other guests were up to 11.30/12pm talking/yelling/stamping their feet through the floor upstairs/coughing and hacking up flem out side my room and were clearly drinking and smoking. I was extremely disappointed with the stay, hence why I requested a refund for the second night and didn't go back. Im annoyed I didn't request a refund for both nights. I believe most of the guests were Kainga Ora related and this should have been informed on the website prior to the booking.
