Very good location, next to the airport, and simple access to the city center and CERN by tram and bus. Good bed, good bathroom, efficient staff. Comfortable room all in all.

La navette était disponible chaque 20 min pour des aller-retour à l'aéroport... Ce qui me permettait de ralier le centre-ville sans trop marcher ...😀

Menu limité au fast-food pour le déjeuner comme pour le dîner... Bien dommage 😮‍💨

Average hotel for 1 night during trip, nothing special

Front desk staff, dressed lausy, focusing to get the job done asap. Felt like in a cheap road motel... Hotel theoretically by the airport but need to wait 30-40 mins for bus as there is really not easy (especially we arrived evening) way to get there by foot :-(

L'établissement était difficile à trouver. Places de parc étroites avec une lumière qui s'éteint avant qu'on ait fini de décharger. Adresse incomplète car si on ne met pas Meyrin le GPS ne le trouve pas... Un peu cher !

Very noisy room, disrupted sleep due to poor noise installation in windows

The location is good very close to the airport. The room is not so small for a 2 star hotel.

The pillow cover is obviously a stain on one side. I found 3 insects in the bathroom and in bed. The airport shuttle bus doesn’t run during a few hours without notice when check in and the hotel sent a message mentioned per half hour during a working day. So I have to walk to the bus stop with luggages.

trying to walk to hotel from the number 10 bus stop at its terminus at Departures entrance of Airport was impossible due to major roads and fences. I should probably have tried harder to find the hotel shuttle bus or got off the number 10 bus somewhere else. Perhaps at the stop they suggest on their information email. Unfortunately I realised too late.
