Great location within a two minute walk to the beach and casino. Family room was huge and had two shower rooms. The bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable and room was very quiet. Breakfast room is very nice and the breakfast selection is really good. Fabulous selection of teas. My four old especially loved the edible jam holders (mini ice cream cones). lots of bars, cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep and car park right next door.

our room 102 opened directly to diners having breakfast. The €20 for breakfast might be a good option given we were charged €5.50 for a coffee in one of the local restaurants. Not unique to this property, but charges for parking can add significantly to cost of a stay, better parking discounts for drivers would be good.

Friendly, welcoming staff, liked the beachy, colourful decor and in good location, easy to walk everywhere from there. Also handy to have carparking building right next door if you have car.

The building and room was very quiet, very well insulated from the street activity outside. I was impressed.

Perfect location and a very comfortable stay. We drove to Biarritz and brought our dog. We had an extra fee for the dog and had to pay for parking (which was in the same block as the hotel and super convenient and less expensive than I expected) but this was known upfront and was expected. The room was so comfortable and clean - we had a view over the street and the city is just so beautiful. Location was perfect and we could walk - or run - to anywhere we needed to go from the hotel.

The room was uncomfortably warm and the thermostat couldn’t be set to a comfortable temperature.
