Die Anlage war stets sauber. Zimmerservice war ordentlich. Preise waren überteuert. Strandbereich war sauber. Lage ist gut.

Das Haus ist schon alt und man merkt an den Ausstattungen die Gebrauchsspuren. Unser Klimabedienteil hat nicht funktioniert. Wurde aber gleich repariert. Die Zugangskarten an den Türen gingen meistens nicht. Haben immer wieder neue bekommen. Das Bad ist auch sehr alt. Die Ränder von dem Spiegel im Bad hat sich gelöst. Im Bereich vom Thermalbecken hat man die Ablagerungen und die Oxidation an den Halterungen stark gesehen. Sollten gewechselt werden.

it's one of the oldest hotels in this area but you'd expect it to be well maintained and renovated, it's not. All pools are sea water, might be inconvenient for some. Due to its horizontal design some rooms are quite far from the lifts. A/C is too noisy, doesn't have auto mode so you'll either freeze or sweat. Beach restaurant was not sth you'd expect from a 5 star hotel, very disappointing. There is no valet service, they have open parking area and sometimes not easy to find a space.

The room is average. Certainly not 5 Star facility, to me more like a 3 star. Although I have been to better 3 Stars for example in Italy. Beach area was nice, but again the facility in the beach was not like a 5 star hotel. Hotel is dated and have not been renovated for a long time.

The hotel is old, not renovated. not many staff speak English bearing in mind that its a resort and they have to cater for foreign visitors!! Unfortunately not honest staff, as on the last day of our stay, I forgot to remove a few items of jewellery (not gold) and my watch in the bedside drawer and I contacted hotel as soon as we landed back home. The receptionist said that they will have a look at the room in the morning and ask the lost property of the hotel. In the next few days whenever I called OR communicated by emails through hotel or booking.com portal, I was told that nothing was left in the room, but I am more than 100% sure that I left everything in the bedside drawer. My only conclusion is that the staff are not honest!!! :-( AND THE MANAGEMENT DONT CARE!!!

Was clean but this is not the thing which is optional. Cleaning must be exist therefore it is not extra!!!

Hotel was very old and internet was not working at the room!!!!

The spa and the private beach

The AC was very bad and the room was very far from the lobby
