Zimmer war super, sehr groß und viel Abstellmöglichkeiten - wir waren 8 Nächte dort und hatten entsprechend viel Zeug mit. Wir hatten sogar eine Whirl-Badewanne im Zimmer, echt cool! Unsere Terrasse lag in einer Art Innenhof und war echt angenehm. Besonders toll ist natürlich der Steg direkt am Meer zum Liegen, wir fanden dort eigentlich immer ein Plätzchen. Alternativ gibt es noch den Pool mit Liegen, wirklich super! Die Lage direkt neben dem Hafen ist super praktisch und man ist auch sehr schnell zu Fuß bei den vielen Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Die Kellner und auch das Personal an der Rezeption sind super freundlich und besonders an der Beachbar sind sie wahnsinnig nett und serviceorientiert.

Das meiste ist echt super, aber es gibt schon einige Kleinigkeiten, die in einem Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie WIRKLICH noch verbessert gehören. Insgesamt finde ich, holt das Hotel leider bei weitem nicht alles aus dem großen Potenzial raus. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist fast eine Zumutung. Mit der Maschine macht man sich selbst einen, allerdings funktioniert die Maschine oft nicht, Milch ist aus, sie spritzt herum und ähnliches. Und geschmacklich für Italien eigentlich eine Frechheit. Der Service beim Frühstück ist nur so lala, super langsam. Die Außenanlage hat ein super Design, aber viele Dinge werden einfach komplett stiefmütterlich behandelt. Die Palmen haben schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen, viele Töpfe und Außenmöbel sind zwar schön, aber es ist ihnen anzusehen, dass niemand sie putzt oder sich kümmert - so werden sie bald nicht mehr schön sein. Der Pool hat einen Schmutzrand - es müsste nur jemand mit einem Tuch 1x in der Woche drüberfahren - es wäre sehr einfach. Es gibt eine Wahnsinns Aussichtsterrasse, die leider nicht so wirklich genutzt wird - eine Bar für den Sundowner dort wäre hammer. Wie in vielen Hotels gab es im Zimmer keine Haken, um Jacken/Taschen/ähnliches aufzuhängen. In den ersten beiden Tagen hat unsere Lüftung im Bad wahnsinnig gestunken, was dann aber vom Personal behoben werden konnte und wir bekamen eine kleine Wiedergutmachung - gut reagiert, alles gut!

The beach bar/breakfast staff were a bit inattentive. Forgot our order once and put different things on our bill. A bit confusing!! but reception staff were lovely and very welcoming

Great location near to the port. Brilliant setting with amazing views to watch the sunset. Lots of sunbeds and relaxed environment throughout. We had the sea view room which was amazing.

Excellent location with easy walk from ferry terminal. Right on a beautiful little bay with easy access to water for swimming or sun baking. And a wonderful pool as well. This place is a gem and such a great find for us. Wonderful staff by the way too.

I’m going to Ischia very often and this have been the best time ever, the hospitality there was over our expectations, the staff was really nice and professional the two girl behind the desk where always helping even before we arrived, food was really good we loved the breakfast, aperitif and lunch on the sea terrace. The location is amazing, by the side of Ischia port and in the main centre of the island, We really appreciate the private beach because which was very roomy and quiet and we didn’t waist time looking where to go and we could enjoy some drinks and tapas on sunbed, Everything was really clean and organised, cleaning room twice per day, always clean towel. Price wise under our expectations food and drinks very cheap even compared with the island Has been a pleasure be guest is this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. To be 3 star is better then 4star where I went is the past. Planning to go back next month

Great staff, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere

Amazing location - just a few minutes walk from the port! Despite being next to the port, the hotel was very quiet and calm. The little beach carved into the rocks, the pool, as well as the restaurant were all amazing and had a great sea view. We arrived at the hotel a bit early- but to our surprise our room was already ready. Even a better surprise, we were informed that we got a free room upgrade to a room with a great sea view! The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was also very friendly - everything went smoothly and everything was as advertised. The breakfast area has a great view of the sea, and it had a good selection of food and drinks. Next time I would happily stay there again without a doubt!

Almost everything was excellent! Noise insulation could maybe improve a bit more, but overall that was not a problem.

excellent location, close to main strip of restaurants and perfect for tannin right by the sea. the staff was very helpful and tried their best to make your stay enjoyable.

the rooms were outdated. they had newer rooms which still lacked the thought behind new facilities. like the safe was extremely small and int he wall with the opening opposite to the wall which made it extremely difficult to use.

The hotel is right on the beach so there is a great little area for pool beds. The staff is also super nice and helpful. We had an issue with our airconditioning not working and the moved rooms for us no questions asked.

The hotel is located right next to the Port, which is good for proximity to the Port, but there are beautiful parts of the island further outside of the port that I would recommend (Forio, Sant Angelo, Mezzavia). The hotel is very simple and also touched away right next to the Port so at night it can be a little off putting if you are female and just traveling with other women.

Location was fabulous. The advertising lived up to reality. Water access was superb
