The building was lovely and in a good location

The room was small and dated with mould on the curtains. Fire alarm was going off throughout our stay both during the day and night.

I didn’t like nothing about the property only the comfortable bed. Also they tried to sort me another bedroom out but the room was in a bed state and the smell was awful because of the rubbish outside near the window.

When I checked in they told me to go upstairs by steps because the lift wasn’t working I was very disappointed I was travelling around 5 hours also at had to be extra careful with my knees. When I walked in through the corridor and the bedrooms the poor condition of the carpets and the smell in the bedrooms was very bad. Also didn’t like the bed sheets at all at the end of the quilt they didn’t have no closer, also the single bed sheets were small. When I went to bathroom we didn’t have a shower head missing so couldn’t have a shower. They told me to ring if you need any assistance the phone itself looks like a child’s plastic phone also couldn’t get though after few attempts I did. I didn’t want to stay there any more after my one night stay I decided to book else where was suppose to be here two nights but I was very disappointed. Also I didn’t eat anything because I couldn’t trust their services were very poor and condition of hotel and cobwebs every where and the windows were very dirty not a nice place to be even the area around the hotel had a lot of rubbish and dustbin were full.

Excellent location. Great for ease of getting into the centre of London. We were there for a long corporate stay - Mon to Friday. Rooms different sizes and grades, but all overall very good.

For longer stays would be nice if restaurant menu changed

Large triple room

Lift wasn’t working and we were on the top floor. Shower was terrible. In need of refurbishing.

This hotel was a great location for attending wembley and also accessing central London and also has ncp parking below the hotel

Few of the fixtures and fitting were looking a bit dated and although it was on the surface clean could of done with a deep clean here and there. Breakfast was self service but the food was barely warm also we had to return to the check in desk to find out when and where breakfast would be served the information wasn't give whilst checking in.

Only one lift working, then on last day no lifts working…. We were on the top floor.

On the 2nd night, a fire alarm woke us (false alarm), but no one apologized for the inconvenience the morning after. We asked for advice on the best way to get back to the airport at reception, but the response was unhelpful. There was a direct phone line to the taxi company, who firstly quoted an extortionate rate quoting traffic delays etc. when we challenged them on this and the fact that it was a bank holiday with low traffic they dropped their price by 20 pound but we took the train instead. I would have thought a hotel would have negotiated a fixed price for trips to the airport with a taxi supplier?

The 3 rooms couldn't be further apart and one was a disabled one (not requested) One room had no views and was well away from the others! Staff on N/s not as helpful as the Day shift!

Jammer dat het onderhoud achterloopt, zoals afgebroken haakje in badkamer, oude meubels, piepende deurklink, een kapotte lamp. Daardoor meer een groot tweesterren hotel. Het ontbijt was typisch Engels, naast broodjes waten er ook bonen, warme tomaten, aardappel kroket, etc, je kon ook een warm ontbijt bord laten maken met vegetarische opties. Douchen in een bad is altijd ongemakkelijk, maar aan warm water was geen gebrek. Fijn dat ze voor ons een ruime familiekamer hadden.

The room (036) was poorly lit and had no external windows. It smelt very damp, which they had tried to cover up with air fresheners. It overlooked the indoor swimming pool. The food was very poor both for dinner and breakfast. The "hot" breafast buffet food was cold. When we pointed it out to the staff, they went to try and reheat the food by just changing the burners on the chafing dishes. This could have led to serious cases of food poisoning. I ended up having just 2 mini pastries for my very expensive breakfast.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es bastante cómodo y amplio.

Las paredes eran de papel, se oía absolutamente todo. Por otro lado la ducha era muy incomoda para darse un baño.

The reception area was beautiful, and the room was nice and quiet!

The room was very basic, I have stayed in premier inns which had much more modern and comfortable rooms. A few lights were broken and no sockets by the bed to plug in your phone

Easy parking, lovely staff and great food

Très honnêtement rien. Nous sommes 4 et pensons clairement nous être fait arnaquer au vu du prix et du service reçu ainsi que l’état de la chambre et des équipements.

La propreté une grande catastrophe, les équipements cassés, le personnel assez aigris, le service est catastrophique. Les draps était tachés avec des poils. Il y avait de la moisissures sur les tours de fenêtre. La salle pour le petit déjeuner était super sale, l’hygiène est vraiment à revoir !!!! Pire séjour de notre vie.

Good location, room area was tidy

The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, pillows very large, no alternative to sizes, i.e. flatter for stomach/side sleeping. Bathroom outdated and needed cleaned better. Staff were friendly but not very informed.

Took ages to check in. The room given had no windows and was quite stuffy and all we could see was the swimming pool (closed on all sides)

- Very nice hotel - Good location in quiet part of the city - Clean rooms - Good price - public transport nearby - lot of groccery shops/restaurants on the street.

- If you have a room for 2 people with one big bed there is only one blanket. I would recommend to provide separate blanket for each person - Missing toilet brush - shower head is built in to wall and it wasnt in a good condition - sprayed water sideways.

Here, it's so close to the bus stops that I can easily catch the bus to the center and other places. The room is quite spacious and quiet.

The room seems old.
