Great breakfast,

It was exceptionally beautiful- gorgeous location beautifully decorated spotlessly clean everywhere. The leisure centre was fabulous the bedroom was v comfortable and in the morning the breakfast was so good with an excellent selection

A little confusing finding the entrance. But otherwise all good.

Breakfast was very good (add ketchup to the tray as standard, and you are onto a winner!), staff at check in and out were very good. Staff at wedding meal were excellent.

Coffee machine in room was not adequate. Mattress not great - bed would benefit greatly by a 'topper'. Though the wardrobes are hidden, they aren't great for a lot of hang up items. Iron wasn't great - but when I find a hotel that does, they should get an extra star for that alone! :)

This was a surprise trip for my partner and it was a winner from the minute she saw the building itself. A most welcoming hotel with all staff being polite, professional and couldnt do enough for us when asked. She who must be obeyed was really impressed with the room and its facilities and I received serious brownie points for my choice!!! All the food was of a high standard and the dining areas were as expected of a quality hotel.

A very minor point. Perhaps some better signage on the lovely walks around the grounds. We were never going to get lost but there was little to tell us which colour walk we were on.

Bedroom very comfortable and nicely decorated. Bar staff and bar floor staff friendly.

Breakfast is ballroom. No tea, no instruction where to get food. Not enough staff. So different from night time staff, was a bit surprising to be honest.

bar staff was rude laughed at us wen we asked for a drink but never advised us it was last orders that night there was screaming on the corridor and the smell of cannabis receptionist said we would get a refund but never received anything not even an apology

Facilities were excellent and staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and food was exceptional.

While room was clean and time, so additional attention to details is required as there were cobwebs in the bathroom and some mould on the roof

Lovely well appointed room with comfortable bed. Couldn't fault it. Breakfast was self service with plenty of options.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the check-in process was so quick. To top that the staff where lovley and alot of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had such a wonderful stay. The hotel itself was really well cleaned and was done up inside to perfection. The food from the bar was absolutely gorguss and wasn't badly priced. The rooms themselves were amazing. we stayed in one of the junior suites. The bath beside the bed was a very nice touch as you could lay in the bath for hours and watch TV in comfort. The rooms were very clean and well looked after and were done up to perfection. I don't think I can fault this hotel at all. The breakfast in the morning was another nice touch, and the spread they put on for it was amazing. I'm sure there was enough there to suit everyone's needs. To finish of I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it to me is 100 per cent one of the best hotels me and my partner have ever stayed in

The only thing I didn't like was the room was far too warm. i was melting with heat. they do provide you with a fan, which is great but doesn't serve much purpose. The restaurant was under renovation when we were there, which meant the menu for dinner was just bar food and was very limited but lovely. I will definitely be back again, and I will definitely be referring this hotel to all my friends and family

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The food was delicious for dinner and breakfast. We definitely will be returning!
