Loved how nice the reception staff were ! Everything was exceptionally clean and lovely rooms.location was 10 min walk from centre which was ideal.

Only issue we found was the shower drain was not quick enough for the water when we were showering,so we had to put a few towels down beside the door as it was nearly overflowing .

Le personnel devrait intégrer une école hôtelière , vraiment pas agréable. C’est un hôtel de groupe, donc vous avez intérêt à aimer le bruit …

Friendly and supportive staff

the temperature in the room was unacceptably high and couldn't be adjusted. Duvets were suitable for winter and cold rooms Opening of windows didn't solve the problem and caused too much noise

Der var en pool, men denne var ikke altid tilgængelig og man skulle hente et kort hver gang man ville bruge poolen.

De havde fjernet alle kits, såsom slippers, tandbørstekit, lotion osv. Vi måtte selv spørge efter dem i receptionen. Årsagen var at ikke alle værelser havde samme standarder (og vi taler om et hotel med 4 stjerner!) På hotellet bruger man Rituals produkter og da vi spurgte efter lotion, fik vi noget der lugtede fælt og som ikke var af mærket Rituals. Jeg har altid foretrukket Novotel kæderne på global plan - men dette var ren skuffelse!

Great location with access to city, shops, pubs, entertainment and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff and clean hotel (subject still to some covid restrictions). Good food in the small bar and live music venue for the festival. Uncrowded pool which the children loved. Local (not onsite) parking.

It did not cater for people that needed extra room in toilet or have any hand wash basin . Have stoma and had no sanitary bin or sanitiser

Pool was a nice treat and kept the kids occupied.

The pool was very busy and small, after 10mins chlorine started to make eyes burn which then made us get out before we wanted to

The central location of the hotel was brilliant. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was also brilliant :)

The changing facilities for the pool are terrible and not fit for purpose. The only option for us was to get into swimming clothes in our room and get the lift down, not ideal!

The location was great. The room was very quiet The shower had great water pressure Pool hot tub and sauna were really great after long tourist days in the cold.

The front desk while very friendly they were not much help when I had local Edinburgh questions. For instant about the bus system.

Wifi irregular. No small breakfast. Not clear about use of sauna, swimming pool.

Loved our room and the view of the castle. It was comfortable, we both had amazing sleeps and the breakfast was fab.

موقع الفندق مميز جدا بجانب المدينة القديمة وقريب من كل شيء سيرا على الأقدام تعامل جميع العاملين بالفندق كان عندي مشكلة في حجز رحلتي للندن بالقطار وساعدتني كثيرا الموظفة في الاستقبال عن البحث عن رحلة للعودة وكان لا بد من حجز لليلة اخرى فقاموا بعمل خصم

It was my partners birthday I emailed through booking.com and asked for a bottle of Prosecco. We were given lovely little chocolate treats a birthday card and bottle of Prosecco I paid extra but it was a nice little surprise. Lovely rooms good location.

The pool was grubby and not very clean
