Cool and clean hotel with funny deco. Location is very very practical (close to city center), especially if you like to walk a bit (metro stations are not exactly near) and the Thames wharfs around are superb. The street was very quiet since the Southwark bridge is not much used and I was there in the middle of summer). The hotel was also very quiet, I did not hear the neighbours. Overall, a good value for money.

The personnel is a bit cold, helpful enough but not much friendly or smiling. Was not much of a problem for me, but some might find it upsetting.

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar caminando a Borough Market y el Puente de Londres en 5 minutos. Aunque pequeño es muy acogedor y el decorado temático crea muy buena atmosfera.

Aunque es bueno, el desayuno podría ser un poco mejor, tal vez incluir huevo y tocino (tal vez un pequeño ajuste en el precio lo permitiría), el otro detalle es la falta de servicio sanitario en la planta baja pues es necesario subir a la habitación.

Nothing. Only one salt shaker for the whole dining room, and only one black pepper grinder for the whole morning breakfast. No English breakfast, all cold and squibb clammy continental breakfast

Super nettes Personal - sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Speisesaal, als auch in der Reinigung - alle waren immer sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Das Hotel ist in "Musical-Style" super liebevoll eingerichet, es ist wirklich etwas Besonderes - von der Lobby über den Speisesaal bis hin zu den Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem und die Fenster lassen sich immerhin kippen, so dass auch frische Luft herein kommen kann. Auch das Frühstück ist wunderbar - große Auswahl, gute Qualität, super Frühstückszeiten - wir haben es sehr genossen! Es wird auf Umweltfreundlichkeit geachtet, gleichzeitig erhält man jederzeit frische Handtücher etc., wenn man danach fragt. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal mit verschiedenen Familienmitgliedern dort und kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Kleiner Tipp: ein oder zwei Haken im Bad wären super - ich vermute, dass sie aufgrund der wunderschönen Optik nicht angebracht wurden, aber vielleicht kann man sie an den Türen befestigen?
