the view was super, the location however for those who think the Hyde Park is the centre of activities for them then this location is a bit far.
the ride to Oxford Street, Knightsbridge and the Hyde Park are kind of hectic and long, that has surely reflected on the money spent on transportation.

views are to die for! book the bridge and river view it’s absolutely worth it. property was clean and staff were helpful. Sohaila is a legend!
maintenance is an issue but the staff were really helpful and spared no effort to make our stay comfortable.

the design, decor and immaculate view
the bath tub was too high and the shower head could not be pulled up if we choose to stand to take a shower

First class accommodation. In a class of its own. We particularly liked the beautiful beds and the amazing bathroom and shower.

The room was beautiful. Comfortable. Front desk staff were great. However, myself and my husband had two pairs of AirPods stolen directly from our room. It’s assumed this was done by housekeeping as there was no one else in our room at any time. The manager “investigated” however nothing came of it. No compensation was offered and we are out $600 of AirPods. They simply told us to try to claim it with insurance or police report. For such an expensive hotel I am completely shocked this has happened and so disappointed . We were even able to show them going offline in my find my Apple app. And still nothing is offered. Anyways, use the safe for absolutely everything as it seems some staff can’t be trusted.

Very clean, comfortable and luxurious. Two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen, daily cleaning service, fresh towels. Nice touch of starter kit with bread, butter, water. Very friendly staff. Stayed 6 days very very comfortable. Highly recommend

Kestutis from the front desk/ concierge downstairs was extremely helpful and very kind. He made our stay very special and we would go back anytime!!!

The view I believe is the best in London.
There was no provided dental care and enough bathrobe. Although I booked for 4 person we got only 2 bathrobes and the next day I had to request. Otherwise everything was perfect and lovely.

Everything was excellent! Spacious and well appointed, fantastic location. Handy Pret and Paul and Starbucks right downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Cheval Three Quays was located in close proximity to the Tower of London, and was a very short walk away from Tower Hill station. The apartment we stayed in had a great view and all the conveniences and amenities we needed for our stay. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom drain keeps getting locked and nobody turned up even after reminders and when moving to different room my stuff was thrown out despite giving the instructions. Later it was promised that the amount will be reimbursed to me however that has not happened.

We loved staying in our spacious well designed, modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a view of the Thames, from Tower bridge to the Shard. Great location and helpful staff.

The AC wasn't super strong. So in peak summer the place could get very hot.
